“The Best Tour In Savannah”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

We did the Civil War tour combined with Authentic Savannah. It was a private tour with Michael Mac. He was so knowledgable! He also had a great way of telling the accounts in history. We not only learned a lot, we had a great time with a new friend. If you book any tour, book this one with Mac!

“Mike the Mack truck”
Reviewed 31 July 2014 via mobile

On a last second tour with Noble Jones, we had tour guide Mike Mack. This was the most informational tour Savannah has to offer. Mike was a wonderful guide with great insight. He was a true example of the passion and beauty that Savannah has to offer.

“Bill Thomson's authentic Savannah”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

As first time visitors in Savannah we took this fantastic tour. It was only the two of us which made it feel like a private tour. Bill was excellent and we really enjoyed to learn more about Savannah. Highly recommend this tour.

“Balanced history of the Civil War - well-researched!”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

My husband and I toured with Kelse (we had him to ourselves this morning), who has lived in Savannah for 18 years and has spent over 400 hours of primary and secondary research (using REAL BOOKS!) to develop his understanding of Savannah's role and the Southern Consciousness in the War Between the States. Conveyed through stories of the characters, both large and small, that played a part in the Civil War, Kelse exhibited the people and places that carried Savannah and the South through the turbulence of Antebellum and the mid-1800s.
If you're looking for substance and truth, you've found it. Highly recommended.

“great for the whole family”
Reviewed 13 July 2014

We had a very enjoyable "Savannah Saunter" with Kelse, who was a wonderful, informed guide. He made a point of letting us know he had done copious amounts of research and it showed. Kelse engaged everyone in our party from the nine-year-old to the fifty-somethings in our group. Everyone walked away with a much better understanding of Savannah's founding father, history and its layout.
