I stayed here with my 12 year old son for a couple of nights while en route to Florida. It was the highlight of our trip, such a peaceful location but within easy reach of all Savannah has to offer. We went for the Manager's special rate and got the Camellia room which is very spacious (with very effective air conditioning). Breakfasts were great, as were the afternoon tea and cookies at bedtime. I will definitely choose this B&B if I return to Savannah.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Savannah. We booked the "Manager's Choice" on their site and we were given the Camellia room. The room is traditionally furnished and beautifully decorated. It was clean and well air - conditioned. The common areas of the Inn were also very beautiful. For breakfast they serve a home prepared dish each day and you get to taste genuine southern cuisine. We really enjoyed the baked sweets, home made lemonade and ice tea that were served in the common room every afternoon. Coming back from our morning tour in the city it was nice to relax and have something cold to drink. Finally, the location of this Bed and Breakfast is ideal as it is situated in the Historic District of Savannah. Staying at Savannah Bed and Breakfast Inn definitely added to our experience of Savannah!

This place is conveniently located in lovely, peaceful nieighborhood. Parking was no problem. The staff is very friendly. We stayed in the Turkish room. What a great change that is from a typical chain motel/hotel room! comfortble bed, great bathroom, lovely decor. Breakfast was made to order and a nice way to start the day..Again, such a nice change from the "breakfast buffets" you typically find in Southern motels. There are lovely terraces outdoors to relax on. The price was very fair. Do yourselff a favor and stay at his B & B!

We had an amazing stay here! After reserving a room using the “Managers Choice” (they will provide any available room upon arrival) we got the Camellia room – a cottage in the back garden. The place was spacious, clean, had a great bed and the beautiful decor made it feel like we were in a different century. The Inn is conveniently located at the edge of the historical district, only 10 minutes walk from the crowds and restaurants at Congress and Riverside Streets.

Every morning you have the choice between a warm or cold breakfast, the afternoon brings tea and cake, and around 8pm you’ll find milk and cookies in the living room. Having stayed in the more standard hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Kimpton, W), this was a great find for a weekend away discovering and learning more about the history of Savannah. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our first time to use a B&B and I do not think we could have chosen a better place to stay . We were made to feel at home and Pam and the rest of the staff were great also. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and every thing that was of intrest was within walking distance for us.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Jasmine room , and it was very nice.

My husband and I planned a weekend getaway to Savannah at sort of the last minute and decided that it would be a good place to try out staying at a B&B for the first time. Chose Savannah B&B after reading such great reviews, and trust me- it didn't disappoint! Staying at a B&B is certainly different than staying at a hotel, and it can seem overwhelming at first with all the instructions about how to get your breakfast order and how to handle parking meters (and street sweeping hours in Savannah!). The staff was great, the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the food was good. We have recommended it to all our friends and family and plan on staying again on our next trip to Savannah! It's at the back of the historic district so you're away from the crowds- so peaceful (but still only a 10-15 minute walk to River Street).
