This was our first ever stay in a B&B, and we definitely recommend it! It's one of the top rated B&Bs in Savannah for very good reason.
Room: We stayed in the Provence room, which is located on the ground floor with a view of the front garden. The pictures on the website represent it very well. Everything was very clean and cozy. You can hear the garden fountain at night, which adds to the romance. Aside from the fountain, the room was practically soundproof. It helps that the two sets of guest rooms are separated by the main floor.
House: The house is simply amazing and meticulously maintained. Traditionally decorated without the musty atmosphere you get from many old houses. Very impressive.
Breakfast: The food was some of the best we had during our stay in Savannah. Fresh fruits, coffee, and bacon for starters. Main course was blueberry pancakes one morning and an excellent omelet the next. The breakfast area is beautiful. In fact, the pictures on the website were one of the things that won me over during my research, and we weren't disappointed.
Host: The owner, Kathleen, is an excellent host. You can tell she loves her job, and she's very interactive and honest with her guests.
