The Kehoe House was gorgeous, inside and out. Packed with all the Victorian charm meshed with southern hospitality. While the house was beautiful and the location was great (right on Columbia Square and a few blocks from the bars and entertainment on the river) it was the service that did it for us. Susie (super friendly) and Phil (a fantastic storyteller) saw to our every need. They offered recommendations for places to go, made sure our breakfasts were perfect, and genuinely enjoyed taking care of us.

The wine and cheese in the evenings, followed by dessert, made us forget that it rained the whole time we were there.

It really embodied everything we love about the town, and we'll definitely consider coming back.

Just a few notes:
The place isn't cheap. But it's worth it. Also, no kids allowed. Finally, take advantage of the communal areas. We ran into an awesome couple from Illinois. Turned out to be perfect company for getting soused with while enjoying great conversation.

I cannot be more pleased with our recent stay at the Kehoe House. We planned an elopement there and it could not be any easier or more fun! The staff was so helpful, the flowers were perfect and everything was beautiful. Breakfast in bed the day of the wedding was also a great treat. The fact that the staff seemed to genuinely care made this the best place in Savannah to stay. Thanks again to the staff at Kehoe.

This is our first B&B so we don't know what's expected - but let me tell you what! Kehoe house does not disappoint. The place is lovely! Staff is the nicest and most helpful. Susan and Fred are very welcoming. A few pointers for future guests: splurge on your trip! We played it safe and got the cheapest room we could, putting us courtyard level, under the music room. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was spectacular (the only claw foot tub in the place!!!! What what!). However, we could hear people walking in the music room above. It wasn't enough to complain, but it's an old house and wood creeks. So, when you go (and when we return), spend some extra money and get a room with a veranda or the top floor! You deserve it :) oh, and the food. Yum! Delicious!

Also, I was hopeful to have a ghost encounter in the home, but had no ghostly visitors. Not the Kehoe House's fault, just disappointed in the ghosts.

I fully recommend this place. They even have cookies. We will be back :)

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is great. The home is beautiful. Each room is decorated lovely and comfortably. The apple pancakes for breakfast were AWESOME! You're in walking distance to a fair amount of attractions.

Room Tip: We had room 201 which is suppose to be "haunted" unfortunately I stayed up most the night...

This is our second stay at the Kehoe House and it was an even better experience than last year. It started with a surprise for as we pulled up to the front door we realized that we had a flat tire - BUT We Were There!! As I called AAA and then all the while that I waited for the repairman to arrive someone from the Kehoe was with me asking if there was anything that they could do, bringing me cold water outside, and just absolutely 1st class attention.
The Mercer room was our choice this time and the room is so comfortable, large and a great view from both balconies. At night it is a fun experience, as you may think that a lightning storm is brewing but as we opened the blinds flash after flash was going off as the ghost tours stop right out front to get a picture of the front of the house and any haunts that may be lurking.
Every afternoon before venturing out again, a glass of wine and several refreshments were always available. And for breakfast make it the blueberry pancakes for me everytime.
Our return stay was flawless and we will be back soon.

The Kehoe House had a great feel to it. The room was very comfortable and large, though the bathroom was a bit small but ok. The location was central to other historic areas. With all of the other beautiful, historic homes nearby, it really felt like a step back in time. The staff was great and accommodating.

We chose the Kehoe to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary because we are paranormal investigators and it is said to be haunted. We stayed in the Juliette Low room which is supposed to be THE most haunted. We didn't have any experiences however we did enjoy the luxury of the Inn. The staff is topnotch, the bed is ridiculously comfortable and the room was gorgeous. The Inn is located within walking distance to historic downtown Savannah, which is a real positive as parking is crazy in Savannah. Get the turn down service, they'll leave cookies and super soft robes to wear after your shower. The only negatives were that parking is nearly $13 a day, the lack of a ceiling fan (although you do have your own thermostat) and the noise levels (from the outside and the rooms above us). Considering the price of the room and the fact that parking is a very short walk away, it should be included in the room's cost. All in all though, it was enjoyable and we would go back!

Room Tip: 203 is said to be the most active/haunted room
