Wonderfully done tour of a distinguished American General's quarters lived in from 1036-38 when he was Commanding Ft. Vancouver prior to his Washington posting as Army Chief of Staff just prior to WW II. A must see.

“Stunning!”

Amazing house - on par with Pittock Mansion as for architecture and woodworking. Beautifully presented with period furniture, and a wonderful step back in time. A must-see in the PDX/Vancouver area.

“Beautiful Gardens”

Lovely architecture from previous century. The setting inside Fort Vancouver gives perspective to how our ancestors enjoyed living on larger plots of land.
