Rami's never disappoints! The food is fresh and made from scratch in the open kitchen so you can watch while waiting in line to order. The falafel in particular is delicious and fun to watch being made; the ingredients get fed into a really cool little machine that squeezes the mixture into little balls and then into the fryer. The salad is very fresh, and the hummus is the absolute best. The pita bread is warm, thick, and always tastes just baked, and is made in small batches and then kept in an insulated box so it stays warm without being reheated. The line can get long and doesn't always move very quickly, so despite being an order-at-the-counter place, this is not fast food. In my opinion, the menu is actually too big and contributes to the slowness (if everyone in front of you orders pita sandwiches or schwarma, it's fine, but then some guy just has to come in and order the appetizer sampler...), but with so few kosher restaurants I guess you try to cover all the bases by offering a large menu.
They accept LevelUp - yay! It's quicker, reduces credit card fees, and sometimes you get random discounts.
