My husband and I stayed at the Minnie Street BnB for 2 nights at the end of August. By the time we had arrived we had already been traveling for 8 days and our suite, The Pansy Suite Premium, was absolutely wonderful. Super large, full kitchen, dining room, large laundry room, 2 TV's, large living room, large bedroom, super comfy large bed, with nice linens, closet, and full bathroom with a steam shower. IMMACULATE. By this time we were a little tired of eating out, so we went to the local Safeway, about a 15 min walk; and cooked our own dinners for 2 nights. That was nice. Their breakfasts in the morning are delicious and you get to visit with the other guests. They have a very large, extensive, outdoor deck so it's nice to stay outside and relax. There's a refrigerator on the deck- on the honor system, 1.00 for each drink- that has nice cold bottled water and sodas. And our suite had it's own private deck with patio furniture as well. There is a gas BBQ available for all guests which we used 2 nights to cook our dinner. We ended up spending 1/2 a day with one of the guests there for an outing, and had dinner with her one evening, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. To be able to cook our own meal and eat in our private dinning room added a lot to our enjoyment, we really valued being able to relax and make our own schedule. Lambert got us tickets for the Riverboat Discovery which made that easy. There is a fee for laundry because water is at a premium in Fairbanks, but all the soap, bleach, etc. is there for you to use. We would definately tell our friends and family to stay here!!

Room Tip: The Pansy Suite Premium, like a full sized apartment, had everything and immaculate!!!

Lovely b and b. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Close to city centre but nice and quiet. Great breakfast, owners Lambert and Marnie went out of their way to help us to make our stay as comfortable and successful as possible. It fully deserves the rating we have given it. If you stay in Fairbanks this is the place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was home away from home without having to cook breakfast! The food was superb & the hosts the best we have ever encountered. Our fellow quests were very interesting & we enjoyed meeting folks from around the world which made it even more delightful.
Again, thank you for making this a wonderful vacation. One we will be talking about for a long time.
Hope to see you all again & Fairbanks.

    Dianne & Robert K.

Room Tip: No problems with the Mallow room. Very comfortable bed.

From our arrival onwards, our comfort and enjoyment was of the utmost priority. Everything was stress free and pleasant, from the greeting & parking arrangement, map and information
for restaurants/sights, to the tastefully well appointed ensuite, and the delicious full
breakfast, complete with individual, artfully arranged fruit plate. A most enjoyable stay !

This lovely inn is comprised of several buildings on a large property within walking distance of downtown Fairbanks. The building our room was in had a large living room with big screen TV and lots of comfortable chairs for guests' use. The adjacent building where breakfast is served also had a nice sitting area, computer with internet access, laundry room, coffee/tea and lots of tourist information. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking.

We stayed in the Allysum Room with queen size bed. The room was small but very adequate and had a large ensuite bathroom with shower. Breakfast consisted of fruit or juice, a hot egg dish with bacon or sausage and toast the two days we were there.

The proprietors, the Hazelaar family, are cheerful and friendly The whole place is beautifully maintained and every effort is made to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.
