Sandra is an excellent host who really cares about her guests. The location of this B&B is perfect. You can walk to many good restaurants and shops. Our room was very clean and full of charm. If we venture this way again, we will be back! V&T

We planned two nights at Inn on Broadway, with the idea that we would find other overnight venues during our day trips. However, it became apparent that this is the perfect base of operations for an entire week of day trips to the many beautiful areas surrounding Silver City, NM.

A lovely old Victorian home, beautifully restored and maintained. We stayed in Gram's room on the first floor in great comfort. The other rooms are beautifully designed and diverse. However they are all on the second floor, so if a long flight of stairs deters you, ask for Gram's room. Sandra will assist you in selecting the room most suitable for you.

The owners, Sandra and her husband, are most accommodating and strive to make each guest comfortable, including special diet considerations if you need to digress from her lovely breakfasts in the sunny and cheerful dining room. The breakfast hour was a bit late for us at 8:30, but Sandra made special efforts to make our early daily departures hunger free.

Added features are a lovely porch with swing, chairs, and a friendly cat; also, a flowering garden with shady places for resting, reading, or just enjoying the crisp mountain air.

The location is ideally next to the downtown historical district within walking distance of many shops, museums, and numerous excellent and eclectic restaurants.

Room Tip: Gram's room avoids the stairs and is very comfortable but without views. The upper rooms each ha...

Lovely Inn , well maintained, comfortable beds, clean , and a great location .

Breakfast was very nice , only served very late for us at 8:30 am , we are early risers and had to wait two hours for our morning meal .

There is not enough counter space in the bathroom , however this Inn is ten times better than any hotel room you could fine.

Room Tip: I did not mean to click on the swimming pool , there is not one ! We only saw the downstairs roo...

Our Garden suite was very nice, plenty of room and very clean.

There was no private telephone in the room. A phone for guests’ use was available but in a public area. When I used this for further hotel bookings I was obliged to give confidential credit card information which could be heard by other guests in the same room.

Tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the room. They were available at the top of the stairs, but when we went to use them there was no coffee available.

We had expected that a refrigerator would also have been available in the room.

There was not sufficient choice for breakfasts. We found that they were too sweet and regular toast would have been appreciated. Maybe guests should be asked if they would like simpler breakfasts such as fruit and cereals.

The staircase is very long and it is difficult to carry heavy suitcases up them. We feel that this should be pointed out to guests and that they be offered a room on the ground floor if they have heavy luggage.

The B&B was in a good location and the advice on restaurants was good

Room Tip: Choose a room downstairs if you have heavy luggage.

We always make an effort to meet our guest’s specific requests and needs and we are concerned that you experienced several inconveniences during your stay with us. We do apologize that coffee was not available, as you had been told. I have spoken to my housekeeper reminding her to check the supplies in the Guest Snack Area every day.

If you had alerted us that you were uncomfortable using the phone in the Library, we would have been glad to share our cordless handset with you. As the vast majority of guests travel with cell phones, we have not found that in-room phones are necessary or requested by guests.

We pride ourselves on offering a home-cooked breakfast that exceeds the continental breakfast that would be found at a chain hotel. However, we would have been glad to offer a simpler breakfast, if we had been made aware of your preferences.

As we only have one guestroom on the first floor, it is usually impossible to change a room assignment based on a guest’s luggage. We strive to ensure our rooms and their locations are accurately described on our promotional materials and website.

We are glad that you found our B&B conveniently located during your visit in Silver City and that our advice on local restaurants was accurate. We regret that we did not have an opportunity while you were staying with us to resolve several of the issues raised in your review. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

The Inn was beautiful and equipped with all the little things - corkscrew, wine glasses, snacks. We stayed in the west room with the spa tub and it was wonderful. Sandy had easy to read instructions for the tub and even some bath salts to use. The room was comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp sheets. The swing on the porch in the morning was a great way to start the day. We will be back!

We stayed only one night during the Tour of Gila. It was a great experience all around. I received several confirmation emails with important information before hand. Sandy and Ron, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating - even changed their breakfast menu to be gluten-free for us! The room we stayed in was delightful and quiet. The location is great and walkable to the main streets. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will check here first next time we are in town!

Stayed a night, Gram's room, main floor, bed comfort was amazing! Lovely decor, friendly staff, fabulous food and the best porch! A porch swing, a cool breeze, quiet, just a piece of Heaven. We will return for a longer stay this fall!

Room Tip: Gram's room is the only room on main floor, we saw the upstairs rooms, all nice.
