This is the best place to find some traditional Chihuahuan recipes, but they are too often overcome with too much lard and too many frijoles y too much arroz without character.

As with another reviewer, we also stayed at the Econo Lodge and ordered our meals for delivery. Although I obtained the approximate delivery time, provided first name and room number, I was waiting in the lobby when the delivery person arrived. The person walked up to the desk as asked for my first name and did not provide the room number. The desk staff appropriately looked clueless at the delivery person. So much for relaying needed information or for using it.
Spicy, spicy, Spicy. I really enjoy Mexican food but have no desire to be flamed out by it. Otherwise, the quality and quantity was no different than many others. Oh, hum, no need for dragon breath.....

The food is fine, and they always give you sopapilla with a meal. The seating is okay, but does not seem homey Maybe a little music would help with the mood for Mexican food. Don't remember any windows... but the meal was fine.
