This place housed in a historic building in downtown Silver City combines great food, beer and atmosphere. There seemed to be a mix of locals and a few tourists. The food was creative, I.e., green chili Ruben sandwich or apricot chipotle pasta. The micro brewed beer was delicious. A casual place that welcomes children as well.

“Worth the stop in downtown Silver City”
Reviewed 23 June 2014

Stopped in here for some late afternoon drinks on a Saturday. After reading a lot of reviews on how good it was, we were pretty excited to visit. Atmosphere is okay and is what I would expect for a small brewery. It was quite warm in the dining/drinking area and was curious as to why the ceiling fans weren't on.

A couple of folks got the flight of beer that is offered and it was okay. Little Toad Creek is a small brewery/distillery and doesn't carry a large stock so they carry other New Mexico beer to drink. I decided against the beer and had a "margarita" type drink with the green chile vodka (picture attached). It was ok and maybe could have had a bit more sweetness to it to help get through the lime and chile.

My friend had straight up green chile vodka on the rocks and had to water it down just a bit to drink it. I did try some sips of the beer on the flight and it was ok.

I will return again and try the beer straight up as I don't think I gave this place a fair chance. Did not try any of the food. A band was setting up and based on the sound tests, I could tell that it might be quite loud in there.

Service was "ok" and had to hunt down our waitress to pay the bill.

“Best Reuben sandwich ever!”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

Ordered the Southwest Reuben sandwich and it was so fantastic that I order it almost every time I go. It has lots of tasty green chili on it and is loaded with corned beef. Wonderful! I order the stout with it and it's a great combo.

“Modern Histiry”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

Set in an old building in the historic district of Silver City, this place has all the modern amenities, but still lets the history shine thru. There is entertainment several nights a week, but this was a quiet night w/ a few folks at te bar and a few more enjoying a drink and the WiFi.
Food was excellent - a little spicy, but not to alarm anyone - and plentiful. Service was prompt and friendly. Great place for lunch or dinner, and appears to be a hot spot fot the college age crowd later on weekends.

“Downtown Stroll”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

We were doing some shopping in Downtown Silver City when we came across this funky little joint and decided to stop in for a beer, we also tried the Irish nachos, which were incredible. It was a Monday afternoon and they had a nice crowd. Our server Lloyd was very friendly and knowledgeable of the food and beer menu. The only negative is that they have an Amber beer on the menu but they don't have it. I overheard a customer order the Amber and his server said they didn't have any, he stated that he has been in about 10 times and has never been able to get the Amber.
