Our guide, Vera, was fantastic! She gave us great insight about the photographs and how to set our cameras, shared Navajo legends, and played the flute for us at the end. I like that she encouraged us to put our cameras away on the way back and just enjoy the canyon with our own eyes. It is worth every penny!

Just took the tour this afternoon. We signed up for the 5pm tour as that's what fit in our schedule. We were so lucky. There were only 10 of us in the canyon!! We had the place to ourselves and it was magical! The ride out to the canyon was thrilling for my 10 year old. He loved the open truck and the drive thru the thick sand. Our guide Vere was great. She showed us great spots for photos and pointed out various points of interest. We were not rushed at all. With only 10 of us in the canyon we all had such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour but go at 5pm!!!

This is a must see attraction in Arizona - the canyon is spectacular, truly an amazing natural wonder of the world.

You can't get into the canyon without booking a guide, so we reserved ours online a couple of days before we were due to arrive and had no issues. Book early, as it sounded like the tours sell out fast. We checked in for a 8.30am tour and some people who wanted to get into the 10.30am tour on the same day couldn't as it was full. Also, be sure to check in about half an hour before your tour.

Our guide Irene was fantastic - she helped some people change the setting of the camera to take into account the lightings and she helped me take some AMAZING out-of-this-world pictures on my iphone.

The only negative was that there was a large tour group just before us so there were a LOT of people in the canyon and at times you could hardly move but the amazing photos our guide took made up for it. And when we headed back out, the groups had left and we had the whole canyon to ourselves the final few minutes - BONUS !

Be sure to keep your ticket as proof of purchase as you only have to pay the park fee once if you visit both the upper and lower canyons on the same day.

And be sure to hold on to the vehicle on your way to the canyon - its a very bumpy and fast ride !

We booked our tour with great west in Sedona. They picked us up at our resort and took us to Page, AZ to catch the Navajo tour. Our guide was amazing, making sure we got great photos and even adjusted the settings on my camera for me to get good pics. Leonard was the best. This natural wonder is awesome.

One of the Best tours we took while traveling in Arizona. The tour guide was very knowledgeable & was helpful when suggesting the Best camera angle to take inside the canyon.
