Carpets clean in halls, the room was immaculate. Pretty spacious if you need room for packing up for the day's adventures. Lobby remodeled to accommodate a bigger breakfast crowd, good selection at breakfast. Eat before 8 if you can. It gets busy. Service was friendly and helpful. The pool is great. Cool and refreshing. Easy access to the Hotel off the Highway. You don't have to drive up through town even though you might want to check out the restaurants and shops up there sometime during your stay.

Clean, quiet, staff not overly helpful, older people staying here seemed to resent kids (and ours are kept in check), breakfast was very disorganized. Pricey for the area paid much less for better in Prescott and Flagstaff.

Room Tip: Higher, and away from elevator.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Lake Powell/Glenn Canyon. We had the King Suite. It was very nice but the bathroom was very, very small and the towels seemed old and average size. The suite area was nice, but the closet was way too small to set a suitcase inside with the stand. The air conditioner blows right on the bed - which was a little annoying sleeping next to it (also loud at times) The bedroom area was cool enough but the suite area was stuffy - a fan was provided in the room - and you will need it. The breakfast was OK (average) except for the eggs - they were the worst eggs ever (seriously) - stick with the oatmeal, bagels, etc.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Computers available for use in lobby. Good breakfast - typical for this type of hotel (cereal, bread, waffles, bananas, yogurt). Refrigerator and microwave in room. Fast food options nearby and Walmart across the street. Would have given 5 stars but seems overpriced - at least in summer months - however no more so than similar hotels in the area. Would definitely stay again.
