“Clean, and Super Friendly Staff!”
Reviewed 21 November 2011

This is the second time we stayed there this year. I will stay here again and again. Now just remember what are you paying for.... a clean room and a decent night of sleep.. Well we got both of those, back in Aug 2011, and Nov 2011.

Room Tip: We stayed in 111 and 115

I stayed at this motel in August 2011. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly to start off. I was charged approximately $80. for a standard room which would have been alright if it had at least the basics. No blow dryer. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Also the pillows were flat as pancakes. I have stayed in many motels/hotels and this is the first time I had to spend this much money and not have those basic amenities. I will not stay in a Motel 6 again.

We have variable but not really very favourable experiences of various Motel 6's in the past. This one is quite large and looked quite OK from the outside, so we took a chance and booked in.

First problem, the "free" wi-fi is charged extra, around $3 for 24hrs. No tea/coffe makers in the rooms, no tissues, no hair dryer, no shampoos, just two cakes of soap, in fact the room supplies are so pared back as to be below acceptable standards for even a moderate budget travellers.

We had a no smoking room but the corridors reek of cigarette smoke. We could hear perfectly the conversation in the room next to us - we were room 310 -and when they turned on their shower, the noise in our room was so loud as to cause me to dash into our bathroom to check if the plumbing had failed.

No tea/coffee makers in the rooms but tea is available in the smoke filled lobby, so long as you like Orange Peko, without milk with your cigarette smoke.

This is a very poor quality building, certainly so far as noise is concerned, noisy, reeking of heavy smokers in a supposedly non smoking bedroom area. Budget priced but back packer quality. Stay away

Room Tip: Go somewhere else. These rooms have paper thin walls. If you must stay, bring ear plugs.

the air control is noisy, and the front desk is badly attitude, she told us that we could check out if we worried about our sleepness because of the noise of air control. what the attitude!
and she said this "we don't have any hair drier!"
I wish I didn't book this hotel.

Room Tip: maybe the nonsmokig room will be better,I don't know.or do not pick the room with X29,X30.

I drove across the country with my friend to Phoenix and we wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We got to the area around 10pm and planned on seeing it the next day, starting with the north rim. Unfortunately, there wasn't much in the area and Page was about the closest we could find in the GPS. We tried 4 other hotels in town, 3 had no vacancy and 1 was $109/night for a Super 8. This one was $69/night.

The rooms are small. My biggest complaint is no alarm clock, I have never once stayed in a hotel without an alarm clock. There's no coffee maker, and no shampoo in the bathroom. Also, no breakfast. No electrical outlets close to the bed, so your phone that you have to use as the alarm ends up across the room. However, the beds are super comfortable, one of the best I've slept on.

If this place would add shampoo to the bathroom, a alarm clock and coffee maker, and a cheap breakfast, it'd get much better reviews. All of those items are essential in my opinion. This place ended up being the most expensive hotel on the trip and we definitely got the least for our money.

If I could give it 3 1/2 stars I would. It's nothing special, but does just fine. The room was reasonably large, with a big bathroom. It was clean, the bed was ok and they gave us WIFI for free. If you're only gonna be there to sleep whilst exploring the area then you don't need anything more than this really. Not much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom, so don't forget anything. The pool was fine and the staff friendly enough. Noisy A/C.

Oh boy, after all the welcoming experience we had in the USA we got here and we thought we were in another Country.

Not clean at all, not friendly at all, scaring notes on the wall such as "Lock the door during the night in order to avoid burglars", no service at all except for the "dirty water" they call "free coffee" in the morning.

The rooms are not even close the basic idea we had after having traveled around US motel so far, dirty and smelly sheets and the front desk girl where there just to dis-attend you.

Just go somewhere else but visit PAGE, because the Antelope Canyon is a blast.
