We have booked a two-night stay at Debbie's Hide a Way based on the reviews on Trip Advisor.
If you are looking for a hotel with all the bells and whistles, please do not come to Debbie's Place. You will be disappointed. But if, like us, you want a comfortable place with a well-stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, a good functioning bathroom, a large living and dining area, a cozy bedroom with plenty of storage space, then this is the place for you. Debbie's is hidden modestly on a side street in Page, close to restaurants and shopping, a street aptly named "the street of little motels". A fairly nondescript pink facade belies a lovely garden on the back of the units (1 or 3 bedrooms), with plenty of parking, with nice arrangements of benches, tables and chairs with sun protecting umbrellas (you need them here), little melodious water pieces, BBQ, trellises. Tom, with his understated sense of humour, helped us with finding the location of the unbelievably gorgeous Antelope Canyon, also with a reservation for a boat trip on Powell Lake, finding the famous sunset spot, directions to a nearby supermarket. Besides all Page has to offer, we especially enjoyed sitting in the evenings on a bench romantically hidden by climbing plants.
