We spent one night at this overpriced motel on our way to the Grand Canyon. Our room was nothing special; standard but clean. Our beds were comfortable, so we had a nice sleep. There is a laundry room and an elevator at this hotel if you need it. There is a pool as well, although we did not use it.
The complaint we have about this hotel is how poorly the breakfast area is managed. There is not enough room for the guests to sit. The serving area is chaotic. No lines; everyone was on top of each other competing for the next chair and table available; a complete mess! Interestingly enough there is space available where they could set up some additional sitting. For example by the pool, or in and around the lobby area. This is a management issue that needs immediate attention. If breakfast is being offered, then make it conveniently accessible to your guests, otherwise offer no breakfast, and we will know to find it outside. Personally, after this experience, I would think twice about returning to this motel.

Good location in Page, several restaurants around the corner. Tidy room, clean pool, laundry possibilities. Only negative point: Room was quiet noisy due to breakfast facilities below, so that we could hear every person entering and talking. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend for stop-over, good value for money.

Stayed one night after visiting Grand Canyon. The staff was service minded and efficient, and the hotel was a standard Travelodge motel, if you have seen one, you've seen them all I guess. A bit worn down, and a noisy AC, but happy with the pool and free wifi.

We had a reservation book a week in advance for our stay here for our family and two other families (group of 3) but when we arrived there the receptionist told us that due to a fire in part of the rooms they could only put two of our families in the Travelodge and told the other family to go to the Motel 6 down the street. This would have been fine except they had on the desk a bunch of names of other people who had reservations for the same night but haven't arrived yet. We asked why they couldn't move the people who haven't arrived yet and let us all three families to stay in the same hotel. They refused to give us a reason and told us that we either move to Motel 6 or we go find another hotel AND they refused to refund us the money. We asked to speak with the manager and the receptionist told us the manager was out of town but he will call him in which the manager told him to call the police on us! We did not do anything (no foul language, threats, nothing) other than to ask them for our money back or to give us the rooms of people who have yet to arrive because we were there first. They refused this and called the police. The police arrived and we explained our situation and he asked the receptionist the same reason why we couldn't be moved in before guests who haven't arrived yet and the receptionist told him that they just can't (no reason was given) and told the police to escort us out. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life and their management really needs to work on dealing with situations.

In the end we moved to the Motel 6 but we would not recommend staying at this hotel just based on the treatment we received.

First of all if you are looking for a cheap (for the area) hotel and aren't expecting any standards, as it's just a stop over, this will do.

If you have any standards then seriously spend he extra and listen to the other reviews.

To save you having to read all this i will just list the problems and you can tick off against how much it would bother you.

Looks run down and could be part of a drive by shooting.
Waiting till I get home to see if credit card has been cloned as she copied all the details down on a scrap of paper.
Hairs on the carpet in our room, which mean it haven't even been vacuumed.
Aircon does operate, but doesn't cool the room in anyway and makes a terrible racket.
Lights are hanging off the wall.
Bed base is seriously suspicious and being held together by extra planks of wood.
Stains on the bed sheets.
One and a half pillows on the queen bed for two people and they look seriously old.
Mattresses have serious dips and lumps in not comfortable at all.
I made the mistake of leaning on the headboard and the dirt was disgusting.
Hairs on the sink.
TVs from the dark ages.

Avoid if you can.

TV (old CRT model) never worked clearly always full of static, air conditioning (critical in the summer) was noisy and required a change of rooms. Even in the new room controls were difficult to get to a pleasant temperature for room. Electrical outlets for computer or cellphones were non-existent, Table in room had broken leg, Bed was lumpy and no extra pillows.
