1) Price - very expensive for what they offer. (which is nothing but a pool and breakfast)
2) Rooms - good spacious but again nothing great for the price they charge. beds are nice. lighting is dim as a dark room and no plug points in the entire room. there was only one which was behind a wall unit table and i had to literally move the fixture to reach it (thats what the reception guy recommended). however he was kind enough to give me a multiple charging pin which allowed me to charge more than 1 device.
3) Breakfast - space is very small. barely 25 people can sit. you will probably have to stand and eat. breakfast options were good however.
4) Amenities - they have a pool, nice pool, was clean, clean towels are provided from the reception for the pool. nothing else in specific to do in the premises.
5) Ambience - It is a motel. so there is no ambience. but then again they have to understand that as well coz they price it like it is a great HOTEL.
6) Service - Not bad and not good as well. very blah people at the reception and half the time they are in their own little world. Usually it is just one person at the desk.
7) F&B - they only provide breakfast, there is no other food service here. there are vending machines if you want to grab beverages (non-alcoholic). luckily there are plenty of food options around so you dont have to worry.
8) Not Disabled friendly - if you have a room on the first floor, you got to climb the floor, so if you are or have a disabled person with you and all the ground floor rooms are occupied, then please do not take this hotel. (there is no way to get up the first floor without taking the stairs).
Ice machine did not work most of the times so we were literally boiling in heat and having hot water.

Room Tip: explore other options and pay a little more elsewhere & get better rooms n services. unless you are redeeming your wyndham rewards.

1) good and clean rooms
2) nice pool
3) close to antelope canyon and lake powell (approx 10 mins travel)
4) decent breakfast buffet options
5) good staff
6) other restaurants in the city are at a walking distance of 10 mins
However, their internet/ wifi connectivity is very bad in the rooms. i can also say that there is no connectivity in the rooms.

Room Tip: does not matter which room you take.

Stayed in a room with 2 doubles, fairly big room, clean, a bit dated. Minimal breakfast options. Small pool. Customer service has a lot of room for improvement was very disappointed with this hotel. Enjoyed Lake Powell.

Not sure who wrote the review about it being well maintained and very friendly staff. I'm with many other reviewers who state the place needs a bit of an update - there are a lack of electrical sockets, with the two they have in the room being overloaded with appliances. if you did decide to use a socket, then no plugs would stay in unless something was propped up against them, such were these ancient sockets.

We had a balcony, the chairs on which were filthy (like they had been used for decorating or found abandoned in some field) and broken.

The bathroom was functional, but looked like various maintenance attempts were rushed or botched. It was all very much a "that'll do, they're only tourists" approach, it seems.

The lack of attention to detail continued in the main room; where various appliances had been attached and then removed, with no regard to removing evidence that something used to hang on the wall. Simply a lack of care.

When we arrived at reception at 2:30, the first words from the lady on duty was a curt "check in is at 3". No welcome, just that message while she continued her work. We returned shortly after 3 to find the reception full. It wasn't for 1/2 hour before we were seen. We have never witnessed a check in that was so slow and uncaring.

The breakfast (if you can call it that) was laid out so chaotically in too small a space and there's not enough seating.

A real disappointment considering all the sights we visited around Page were amazing.

We were placed on the bottom floor on the back of the complex where the back of the room is underground. The motel is old and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms on that level (upper floors have windows in the bathrooms). Due to no ventilation, the entire motel room became muggy and uncomfortable when showers were taken, and when the bathroom was used, the entire room became stinky.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and there were no blankets - only a very thin bedspread.

The hotel is dated and in disrepair in some areas, although efforts have been made to make it look updated (such as bathroom renovations). There were fabric chairs in the pool area and scattered around the complex with torn fabric - some with rips the length of the entire seat. There is also a water leak inside the wall of bathroom of the unit that we stayed in - you could hear the drip, drip, drip all night.

We reserved the room for one adult and 3 kids, but only were provided 3 towels. There were no towels at the pool, which had cold water (didn't appear to be heated) and there is no hot tub).

Buyer beware on the breakfast. Online it says breakfast included, but when you get to the hotel, the changeable message on the sign says continental breakfast. The breakfast was skimpy with no waffles, eggs, meat of any kind, yogurt etc. Only bread items/muffins/pastries, fruit, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, milk and juice are provided. The breakfast area is cramped and crowded - the motel converted 2 former motel rooms into the breakfast area, and the design makes it hard to get to the food when more than 15 people are present, and there are not enough tables or chairs or room to eat (I had to stand as I ate).

There is not enough parking for when the entire motel is booked, and people were parked illegally throughout the complex, making it hard to drive safely through with limited room to maneuver.

The changeable sign outside the hotel said "AFFORDABLE RATES" however I don't call $279.36 for one night affordable. I asked the clerk why the prices were so high, and he said "It's the season." Lesson learned - on our next trip to Arizona from Utah we will either stay in Kanab or Flagstaff. There were better rooms available at both for under $100. We had stayed in Page so we could have more time to visit the dam - but with better planning we can skip Page next time (there is a shortage of hotels, and all the hotels in the city know that and do price gouging). That may change in the future, as several new hotels are being constructed.

At this point though, my recommendation is to avoid spending the night in Page - and especially avoid the Page Travelodge.
