You can not get fresher fish anywhere. The fish they serve is caught in the early morning and for sale as soon as the boat docks. We bring a small styrafoam cooler-- buy lots of fillets (skinless) --pack it with ice and seal the top on with duct tape and keep it out of the sun. We do not open it until we get back home the next day and then we freeze them. This has worked for us many times.
