I loved the location of this hotel. It was not right on the main parkway but it was far enough off that you could still get to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was someone at the desk at all times and they always greeted you. The rooms were very clean, even the housekeeping staff greeted you in the hallways. Loved in the indoor pool and lazy river. On our last night there the kids wante to go swimming one last time and the person working the front desk , even though it was 11:15 , allowed my kids to go for about 30 minutes. The room we had had the balcony overlooking the street and we loved it. There was no street noise like you get at some hotels.

Room Tip: get a room with a balcony. it's lovely to set out there and have coffee.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I have passed along the kind words about the friendliness and helpfulness of our front desk and housekeeping staff. It is really nice to swim in our indoor pool and float on the lazy river after a hard of fun in our area.
Please come stay with us again. We look forward to seeing you and your family.

After a bad experience with our first hotel in town, this one made up for what we missed. We did get to enjoy the indoor pool, and had the privilege of being the first ever to use the lift into the pool! The owner/manager, Mikey, couldn't have been nicer, nor could his staff. We extended our stay by one day because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

Breakfast was a tad meager, but then, what continental breakfast isn't a tad meager! We definitely will return here.

I was given some wrong information by a hotel employee-- resulting in my niece having to sleep on the floor in our room. The hotel manager/desk clerk refused to make it right. Her solution was for us to travel back to Sevierville to the Walmart to buy a blow-up bed for her to sleep on. We will not be staying here again and recommend you do not either.

We are sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay at our hotel. Our front desk clerk tried to remedy the situation . We did not have a rollaway available. Our front desk asked if you wanted to upgrade to a larger suite room that had adequate sleeping arrangement or to find other hotel accommodations without any cancellation pentalities. She then suggested the possibility of an air mattress.
We are so sorry that problems arose during your stay..

We stayed here in September for one night..the hotel is at the end of the beautiful Gatlinburg downtown..you need to walk to reach the hotel. Had problems with the key which was provided. went to front desk again and got it replaced...it was a clean hotel..rooms are comparitively big..there is an indoor pool which we didnot use but saw kids enjoying..Breakfast is served..not too many options..but not bad..

It's obvious from speaking with the desk clerks that there is a communication problem between employees and employer. Unfortunately, we were bound to our 5-day stay at this hotel. We reserved our stay at this hotel because we wanted a smoking room. The hotel had a fairly decent rate, so we booked it. We checked in, got our luggage and went up to the room. We looked around a bit before leaving to get a bite to eat. I almost broke my neck in the bathroom as the toilet seat was merely set on the toilet, the bolts were never tightened. I also noticed no fan in the bathroom, which may explain why there are brown dribbles running down the walls of not only the bath, but of the sleep area as well. Gatlinburg is humid. The only way around that is to run the air conditioner 24/7. Had we done that we would have had no sleep at all. The air conditioner/fan was loud and rattled everywhere you touched it. Every time it kicked on at night, you were awakened. The 4th floor lobby has a unit in the hallway near the vending machines with a black cloud of moldy looking dust around it. Very appealing. The carpet in the room had many sticky spots in it as big as my foot so I was forced to wear shoes while in the room. The room supplied an iron, but no ironing board. The shower heads are mounted too low. The sink drain didn't drain until we released and removed the stopper. There was black dirt in all corners of the bathroom. The room never smelled freshened until we returned, put the noisy fan on, and febrezed the place. Our second day we never got housekeeping service. We were 10 minutes shy of leaving for breakfast when the housekeeper knocked on our door. My husband told them we were leaving in a few minutes. We went to breakfast, came back and found the room untouched, then went to visit friends, returning 5 hours later, and the room was still untouched. We went to the desk to see if we could at least get some towels and he went into a back room and came back with 2 bath and 2 face towels. They reeked of pancake syrup, and I wouldn't touch the exhaust pipe on my car with the face cloths. I threw the trash out into the halls and it was still there the next morning when we left. We also had to wipe up the bathroom floor after showering because they use fabric shower curtains without a liner. I agree with the review that this motel could use a "Hotel Impossible" makeover. At nearly $100/night with taxes included, I felt we were ripped off.
