The Rooms where clean and the Breakfast was very good. It was a very relaxing hotel and close to everything. We liked the two doors to get in and out. Our door led to a patio and then directly to the elevator to go to the pool and office which was very convenient. We would definitely go back there again.

We read mixed reviews but our experience was overall a good one! We booked a double bed room, overlooking the creek and we were directly across from the hotel office. Bad: The rooms are a little dated, holes in the walls, rust on the hinges, etc. The rooms weren't filthy but weren't spotless either. We had dead bugs smashed onto our wall that housekeeping either did not see, or didn't take the time to wipe off. In addition, there were cob webs throughout the room and balcony overlooking the creek. Carpet was stained pretty much all over and not tacked down completely. Wallpaper ripped off in places. The in-room safe in our room wasn't working. Our room had an adjoining room that was only locked with a simple sliding lock and that was all that was protecting us from the "neighbors". Good: Breakfast was stocked every morning. Front desk was nice during check-in and check-out. Because our safe wasn't working we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the door as we felt unsure of cleaning staff coming in while our valuables were so exposed, when we returned, they had simply hung a fresh bag of linens on the door knob which we appreciated. The balcony overlooking the creek was nice, we had a small waterfall and fresh flowers to look at but we were on the side closest to Howard's Steak House, it would appear that the rooms closer to the pool didn't have the picturesque creek view that we had. The room did not smell. The water was warm. There is a parking garage under the hotel and additional parking in the attached lot. We were really a half block or so from the strip. Really close to Ober Gatlinburg. There were two elevators, a pool which we did not use, snack machines and drink machines. Room was mostly quiet. The room also provides a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed had 4 pillows on each. The room had a gas fire place, which we also did not use and we were there in June. Overall, we would stay again, for the price and the location with the breakfast, you simply can't beat it.

Although frequent visitors to Gatlinburg, this was our first stay at this hotel since we were able to get a lower nightly rate here this time. However, we were so pleased with our room (3 adults were very comfortable with 2 queen beds), we are planning to stay here from now on. I loved our room overlooking the mountain stream, and it was also very convenient to the pool and breakfast area (which had really good food). The hotel is located on the main strip in town, yet was tucked quietly away from traffic and crowds. There was plenty of free parking, and the trolley is only steps away. We needed to add an extra night to the front of our stay at the last minute, and a quick call to the hotel secured us our room at the same low price we had originally booked (when the online operator refused to do so). The manager also deducted the safe charge without any discussion when requested at checkout. In fact, we've never stayed anywhere that the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful (they actually walked out the front door with us, as well as the other guests, to point out the locations of our room, parking, the pool, etc.). I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here. The location is wonderful just tucked away from the strip. We stayed in the building up on the hill and it was away from all the main activities of the hotel such as the pool and the front desk. Our room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was OK with biscuits/gravy, donuts, cereal, fruit and boiled eggs, etc, it was free so no complaints. My only complaint is the air conditioning unit was kicking on and off all night but we let the front desk clerk know at check out and he was going to have someone look at it. The bathroom was a little small. Remember this a 2 star hotel and if you are use to 4 star hotels, then you probably will not like it. For the price we paid (around $50 night) It was a steal. Hint: We booked last minute and was able to get a good deal online. I would stay here again if the price was right.

Room Tip: rooms on the hill are newer but are away from the pool and main lobby

Not a bad place but not great, was reasonably clean, a little outdated, kind of a pain to get to breakfast if you get booked in the upper building and the bathrooms are pretty small, but for the most part it is just ok, not to bad for just one night and for the price.

Room Tip: rooms on the creekside was peaceful to go out on the balcony, the hotub was wonderful.

We canceled our trip to Florida the day before school let out for Summer. We were determined to get away so we looked for somewhere to go in close proximity of our home. We decided on Gatlinburg since it was only two hours from us. I then launched a Google search to find lodgings for the four of us. I assumed that we would be paying out big time since we were sooo last minute. Yep, I was wrong. Quality Inn Creekside popped up on my screen via Orbitz I believe it was. The cost for 3 days stay was fabulous!! We rented a large room. In the room there was a fireplace, 2 comfy beds, a outdoor balcony with seating, a couch, dinette table, mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and fully stocked. We were a three minute walk away from all of the shops on the main strip. We were so close but you couldn't hear the street noises from our romm at all. Awesome! Continental breakfast was provided but we somehow missed it every morning. Lol. We had a great stay and look forward to booking with them again. Ohhh! And there is a beautiful bustling creek that winds through the hotel grounds.
