Karen and Dan Berry are gracious and engaging hosts who make you feel totally at home with their comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfasts. The hectic pace of downtown Gatlinburg seems very far away at LSL, although you are just an easy walk from all of the amenties of town. After a long hike in the Park we enjoy coming home to such a peaceful and friendly place.

The Laurel Spring B & B is a warm and welcoming place to stay. Dan and Karen, the owners, could not have been nicer or more accomodating to any of my needs. There are conversation nooks all over the B & B. I liked the light and airy feel of the breakfast room was. My room was room number 2. Perfect for the single or double traveler. It was decorated with yellow and white country decor and was very sweet. I found the B & B very clean and classy. It is about a 1 mile into the heart of town. I took the trolley at the top of the main road for 50 cents each way. I felt very safe being in the B & B area by myself. It is located in a more residential area rather than commercial, so it was quieter than being in the midst of the tourists and bars like in town. Travelers need to be comfortable doing one flight of stairs from the ground level to the entrance and one flight of stairs to the rooms. Oh, and breakfast was delicious!! Very good with choices that were very appetizing.

My wife and I enjoyed the warm welcome, excellent accomodations and amenities, and fabulous breakfast offered at this quality B & B sequestered just off the busy Gatlinburg strip in its own quiet neighborhood. Karen and Dan go out off their way to make your stay enjoyable, providing their guests with excellent exploration recommendations and pampering them with superb hospitality. All at a great value and a top drawer stay in all respects.

A charming, very relaxing and quiet B&B in Gatlinburg, TN. The owners/innkeepers were very gracious and hospitable. Relaxing with them under the gazebo was a perfect end to the day. And the breakfasts were the highlight of our trip. We will definitely visit again.
