We just completed a four day, three night stay at the Lodge. Everything was perfect. Suite was pristine clean. View gorgeous. Food and service perfect. We liked it so much, we went ahead and made reservations for the fall.

Had a great time! We traveled to the lodge just a week ago and it was perfect timing, we heard the Smoky Mts were very crowded so we went mid May before Memorial Day and kids out of school, which worked out great! This all-suite luxury stay in the Smoky Mountains was Beautiful! Great suite with your own private balcony, the views were just breath taking, the restaurant was great with a outside dinning that was so nice! They have a trail that ends at the Buckberry creek and a beautiful pavilion with a fireplace and with lots of places to relax and also restrooms! The staff was so great they will drive you down and pick you back up if you don’t want the hike down - well one day it was raining & kinda cool so we asked to be taken down - when we got there (we were the only ones) they had a great fire started just for us - Loved It!!

Room Tip: Top Floor for the views!!

My wife and I visited the property for 3 days in May for our 10th anniversary. The rooms are fantastic, and the website does not do them justice. All of the staff is committed to making sure that your requests are handled to the best of their ability; they are all gracious and hospitable. In addition, I wanted to recognize both Andrey and Diara (sp?) for the perfect dinner they planned for my wife and I. They handled the details of a private dinner for us to celebrate, and it made my wife cry.

The Lodge also has a great location close to the GSM Park and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Well done, and thanks to all at the Lodge for an overall excellent experience.

We felt like family there. It was a most heavenly retreat experience my family and i have ever had. From the views of the mountain to the mouth watering food. Every day we were treated like kings and queens. We will be back!

Room Tip: We were on the 1 floor the view was excellent

This was our last stopover at the end of a three week road trip through the southern states. It couldn't have been better.....our room was so comfy and cosy - it really felt like a log cabin. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious, kitchen well equipped, all in all, faultless. Wifi worked perfectly, ok the tv was a tad old fashioned but we understand they are soon to be updated.
The restaurant was open on the Sunday evening which was a bonus for us, we were able to sit outside and admire the view. Food was delicious and we enjoyed a very good bottle of 'Educated Guess' from the Napa valley. Staff very attentive and helpful.
It was the perfect end to our trip - would thoroughly recommend.
