Description: Serve Simple Foods Whatever the specific restaurant concept, the ability to create menu items in a consistently excellent manner is directly related to ease of production and simplicity of presentation. Consistency at a high level is always more important than innovation. Use The Finest quality Ingredients There is no more essential factor in a successful menu program than the quality of ingredients used in food preparation. Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. Cleanliness and order are the keys to building guest confidence in the establishment. Make Memorable Moments It is the perfecting of all the little details in a restaurant that makes the guest's dining experience a memorable one. With every action, the appropriate question is: does this act show a commitment to excellence and respect for the patronage of the guest? Work As a Team Ease, efficiency and enjoyment of the restaurant experience, for both employees and guests, is directly related to the level of respect, support and cooperation among the staff. Any restaurant guest is everybody's guest; any restaurant responsibility is everybody's responsibility.

We have eaten here multiple times, and we have learned to go early unless we want a long wait. It actually works well for us to eat a fairly big breakfast, skip lunch, and eat dinner here at 5:00 or 5:30. We split the chicken quesadilla appetizer--very good! We then shared a 12 inch vegetarian pizza--it had plenty of delicious mushrooms, onion, and olives. We brought home 2 slices which we enjoyed the following day as a mid-afternoon snack. The wheat beer was perfect.

Good beers, although the seasonal beers are their best and usually run out quickly. Should offer seasonal beers more regularly (Harvest Fest, Capricator Bock, etc.). Food is very good including pizza chicken wings, pretzels and beer cheese and cheese steak. Would benefit from serving other local craft beers (like Asheville, NC breweries) and offering locally grown vegetables seasonally from local farmers markets.

We always go here when we are in Gatlinburg area. The food is great and reasonably priced. It is a popular place so go early (before 6pm) or prepare yourself for a wait.

We had a table of 7 of which was having a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The dinner was a bust. The waiter seemed nice enough and kept our drinks full for the most part. Someone ordered a drink from the bar and we didn't see it for half an hour. Another person ordered a 14' pizza and specifically said it was so she would have left overs for the next day. They brought her a much smaller pizza. When the manager came over to see what was wrong he was very rude and was dressed in sweats with a long beard and looked like a bum. He mumbled a few things and made things awkward before leaving. When we asked to speak with him again over the pizza not getting fixed he stayed behind the register and never even looked our direction. We ended up leaving mad. The only good thing was the food.

Loved this place, the pretzels with cheese & beer dip are excellent. Don't forget your ID though, it doesn't matter if you're in your 50's they still won't serve you.
