Description: Serve Simple Foods Whatever the specific restaurant concept, the ability to create menu items in a consistently excellent manner is directly related to ease of production and simplicity of presentation. Consistency at a high level is always more important than innovation. Use The Finest quality Ingredients There is no more essential factor in a successful menu program than the quality of ingredients used in food preparation. Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. Cleanliness and order are the keys to building guest confidence in the establishment. Make Memorable Moments It is the perfecting of all the little details in a restaurant that makes the guest's dining experience a memorable one. With every action, the appropriate question is: does this act show a commitment to excellence and respect for the patronage of the guest? Work As a Team Ease, efficiency and enjoyment of the restaurant experience, for both employees and guests, is directly related to the level of respect, support and cooperation among the staff. Any restaurant guest is everybody's guest; any restaurant responsibility is everybody's responsibility.

had a good time looking at the distillery. Had a good time tasting all the different flavors. Bought a lot more than we should have.

“It's good”

We had the pretzels and beer sampler. It was good. Also had Philly cheese steaks. They are delicious. Service was good. I'd go here again.

“Hidden Gem of a Restaurant.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 June 2014

First time at this restaurant. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth looking for. Menu consisted of usual pub fare - burgers, sandwiches, and pizza. The aroma of freshly baked pizza permeates the place, and if you aren't hungry initially, you will be after enjoying this great smell. I ordered the meatball grinder, and my wife ordered the home made sausage grinder, with peppers & onions. The sandwiches were good sized, and cut in half, so we shared a half of each other's sandwich. The bread was freshly baked, and meatballs were nicely spiced, with a good, meaty flavor, not full of filler. The sauce was good as well. The sausage was mildly spiced, and not greasy. Both sandwiches were very flavorful, and filling. Would definitely get them again. Since this is a micro-brewery, you can get samplers of their beers - anywhere from a sampler of 3, all the way to all 10. I tried six different beers, from very light to a dark, heavy beer. They're served in 5 oz. mini-pilsner glasses, and placed on a mat next to their name and description. If you are going to try a sampler, there is a laminated placement on the table. The mat has the description of the different beers, with the two seasonal/special brews. Waiter was outstanding. WIll definitely return, when we go back to Gatlinburg next year.

“Tasty Samples”

Good for a quick look at the distillery and to sample some of the shine they make. If you like it, you can bring home a jar or two.

“Don't Go”

Really disappointing as I've been e
Going here for years. Beer was not cold. Mug not frosted. Beer did not taste fresh. Waiters could not give a flying ----. Croutons on salads were stale. Wings sauce was bad. $50.00 for lunch for two with one beer each. Some local yokel entertained about a dozen employees while they poured vodka into the Gatorade he brought with him. Dirty. Dust hanging from lights. AC not working well. Place needs a remodel bad. No attention to food, service or drinks. This place will be closed within two years. Bad. Craft beers are not enough to keep a place open anymore.
