The cabin is located back in a steep incline, stacked right on top of 3 other cabins which you share a parking space with. Hardly a secluded hide-away. A walk to downtown would entail quite a hike up and down that incline, twenty minutes to the street. Which is still quite a ways from the action. On top of this inconvenience the advertised Jacuzzi tub was not operational on our visit and we were subsequently billed two different prices for damages that we did not cause or could not have known were the because no instructions for the tub were available to show us that a button had been broken. These charges were accessed nearly a week after us checking out and the Aunt Bug's customer service person, was very unhelpful and unsympathetic while accusing us of damages we were not responsible for. My suggestion is a hotel closer to downtown Gatlinburg or The Island in Pigeon Forge if you are coming to take part in the attraction. These cabins aren't worth the added cost and hassle.
