Great location for visiting Gatlinburg. Cabin was ready when we arrived and clean. This was the first time staying in a Cabin "Community" and the area between cabins was better than expected as it is not on top of your neighbors.
It was plenty big enough for us. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The only problems were, tv's didn't work in some rooms, dvd players didn't work, the spa was very dirty and my son in law came home with Legionella and he was the only one in the spa, thank god. It wasn't real clean. Alot of spider webs on mirrors and in door ways. The garbage situation was the worse. We had 8 people there for a week and no garbage pick up was available. We could only fit a few bags in the trash bin and had to leave the rest of it in the cabin the rest of the week. The grandkids wanted to use the pool and it was closed down by the health department for a light hanging in the pool. Not enough towels or toilet paper for the week. We spent as little time in the cabin as possible because this trip was for hiking and sightseeing. We still had a wonderful time and did not let any of these things become a trip downer.
Cabin did not disappoint. 3 brother family reunion. Each couple had their own king bedroom with bath on separate levels. Individual privacy with great common areas to enjoy family. Great views. Great location. Easy quick trip to downtown Gatlinburg yet very quiet and relaxing. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins. Grocery 5 mins away. Very nicely appointed with lots of extras. 2 levels of wrap around deck with lots of seating. Hot tub on the main deck overlooking the mountains. Great communication with owners and self check in was easy and convenient. Would be happy to return anytime.
Cabin was exactly as described! Breath taking view off the back deck. The hot tube is wonderful. Great experience and best of all only about 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the park entrance. We'll be back!
Great cabin and a great place to visit. So many things to do. Endless possibilities.
Saw a bear at next cabin eating out of the trash.
