My day started out walking into my room to find the maid kicked back on the couch watching TV. It was rather amusing but what is going in that hotel. I went to the store for a few snacks for the week and both of my room keys didn't work when I returned. I had to go to the office and have them reprogrammed. Doing that made me 5 minutes late for the 6 PM dinner. The lasagna they had for the day was all gone with 10 people waiting in line. They eventually brought a new tray and it ran out as soon as I get there. I had to yell to the attendent to bring more. The rest of the first day went pretty well until I was ready for bed and tried to use the phone for a wake up call. Well, both phones didn't work. I then tried to set the alarm clock. The music was either off or full blast. It wasn't adjustable. I had to go to the front desk and they had to get another alarm clock from another room. The new one wasn't much better. OK I'm going to be here for three days. What else is going to go wrong. This is becoming one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.More
