This was my 2nd stay in this hotel but this time I had a very bad experience. Some days after I checked out from this hotel I checked my credit card account and found out that they have charged me two times. I wrote an e-mail reporting this mistake and they answered this would be only temporary and would be changed during the next days. The following day I checked again my credit card account and found another booking from them. I wrote again an e-mail and they promisse to correct it. They realy did it but due to the fact that I paid with an European credit card I lost in bank fees and exchange rate differences more than 12 US$. I reported that again to the hotel and they offered me 5000 extra points on my Marriott account. I just hope that I have to travel enough to have any advantage of these points. But one thing is sure: for my next stay I will pay cash!
