I wasn't feeling my best when I awoke on the second day of my stay at the hotel, but front office supervisor DeShawn Daniels was amazing in helping look after a sick hotel guest. I was in dire need of hydration because of ..um, some intestinal distress, shall we say ... and DeShawn made certain that someone ran out and grabbed me what I needed (a big bottle of Gatorade). DeShawn's extra touch and care made me feel like a wanted guest, one who plans on staying at the Greensboro SpringHill Suites the next time I'm in town.
