“Great Hotel”

We had three rooms reserved for Super 32 Wrestling. This hotel may be a bit far from the venue, but it's very nice. I would recommend you stay here. The staff is friendly from the time we checked in to our departure. The room was clean and wasn't full of a perfume scent. As always, the Embassy Suites has the beautiful atrium and has a relaxing atmosphere with the water features.

the rooms need to be renovated. The sofas in the living areas are "crunchy" the fabric is dirty, and the carpets needs to be restretched. The colors are tired, and the style, well, there is none! Desk Chair is cheap and uncomfortable.

We also have interior designers that will choose a newer trendier vision and adapt it to our overall feel. Great hotel for family, had adjoining rooms with my inlaws. We have 2 boys, 8 & 14, so we need space, and activites for the little one to do after ballgames. Great swimming pool, and big huge open lobby. Great buffet breakfast, with cook making omlets. We did eat in the hotel resturant, great food and decent price for food being within the hotel. Would for sure stay here again.

Our business organization scheduled our second annual meeting at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro, NC during October. Hotel accommodations are very nice and the buffet breakfast is enjoyable. The restaurant is average. I will stay again but find other places to eat.

We made a reservation for one night at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro during the Highpoint Market and requested late check-in. We arrived at the hotel and were told that there were no rooms available because there was an issue with their system and it made a mistake on our reservation. On further questioning we were told that there was a maintenance issue with one of the rooms so the assistant manager, Andrew Masplet, decided to give our room away without making any attempt to inform us. Andrew Masplet told us rooms were available at the Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express we were told that we were the 5th reservation that was sent to them by the Embassy Suites because they had overbooked their hotel. Two of the worst things a hotel can do is give away a paid reservation and then lie repeatedly about it. Andrew was extremely disingenuous while he was expressing false empathy for our situation and lacked any customer skills. Mr. Masplet's actions represent the callous attitude and a complete lack of commitment Embassy Suites has towards it customers.

Room Tip: Do not stay at this hotel.

Thank you very much for making a reservation, and for taking a moment of your time to let us know how about your experience.

Please accept my apology for your unsatisfactory experience with your reservation. This, as you may have experienced in the past, is not our norm and I'm sorry it's what you experienced. We had some unforseen issues that caused us to be in the situation. I will share your comments with Mr. Mespelt, as a learning opportuntiy to better communicate some of the situtations. We were able to reslove the issues, and not have the similar problem the days after.

I hope you give us the opportunity to come back & experience our hotel, under a different circumstance. Please feel free to contact me, if you your travels lead you back to our area!

I was at this hotel for a week long conference and its a nice hotel located next to the airport. The shuttle had to pick me up as Dollar Rental oversold on me and they were quick and friendly. Staff were all good when needed. My room in particular stank like no tomorrow and had a huge problem with the AC. Whenever the fan kicked out it was like someone slamming the duct with a hammer. Thus I had to turn it off a night. Maintenance "took a look" and said the AC was working but i'm guessing they never actually looked at the fan issue. Food in the restaurant was good, conference catering food was terrible. If you are a business looking to have your conference here do not let them convince you to use the atrium for dinners as its noisy and cold.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room on back of the hotel as the interstate is noisy.

I enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center. Rooms were very clean. Food was hot and good. I recommend this hotel to travelers and vacation persons. You will not be sorry for selecting this hotel.
