Only stayed one night. Lovely hospitality and great food. Very nice thatched roof and canvas walled suites on raised platforms. The external shower is a great experience as is the isolation of each suite. You can only charge cameras etc in the lobby but that was ok. Drinks at sunset around a fire watching stars appear in the cool of the evening was unforgettable as well. Overall not to be missed!

Justin manages a wonderful camp at Olivers. All in all, our Africa trip was one of the best vacations ever - and Oliver's camp was one of the highlights. The tents were comfortable and peaceful. The wildlife sitings were outstanding. The food was very good, and great wine.
The game drivers were extremely capable, smart and fun to be with. The entire staff was outstanding. We will be back!
Patty from Plano, Texas

Room Tip: There is no bad view at Oliver's camp.

This is a fantastic camp with great accommodations, great food and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend staying here and please note that you should book at a least 1 year in advance else you would most probably not be able to secure a room.

A very welcoming experience for our first safari. Having never really camped or stayed in the bush - we were slightly apprehensive when we arrived. The team were very friendly and the manager Alex and Abel (Asst Man) were both easy going, friendly and provided good banter.

The food was great - fresh and plentiful and we looked forward to our evening dinners in camp.

We head lots of animals at night .. told not to leave our tents at night unescorted and felt the true experience of being in the wild. Out tent was more like a room .. very comfortable and spacious.

Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the African wildlife in its more natural form.

Oliver's was our first stop of our safari in Tanzania and we stayed for 2 nights. It was absolutely amazing! Jackie and Justin are just the ultimate hosts! They are so genuine and kind - always inquiring about your plans for the day and sharing their experiences from the Camp and other travels. They are so welcoming and happy to have you visit. The staff is great too - everyone was so friendly and helpful. And the food was delicious! I wish I could recreate someone of those dishes myself.
The tents were very private while still being close to the main area. And the outdoors showers was all part of the camp experience. The staff even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon - a very nice touch that we certainly appreciated.
The only problem about having this as our first camp and safari is that we started at the top! Oliver's was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: Loved tent 2 - great views.
