What a place to stay! We were here only one night but would have loved to have stayed longer.
Talk about luxury tents - the bathroom attached to the back is amazing.
The only minor problem we had was that someone else had taken our tent (double-bed) who was part of a large group and didn't want to be separated. (Obviously the two ladies didn't mind sharing a bed!) The only tent left had two single beds, so staff promptly arrived, pushed the beds together and added a king-size mattress to make it into a double bed! All without any fuss.
Food and service at the restaurant were great (thanks Ellie!) Dinner included soup, a choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian meal, salad and dessert. Definitely have a pre-dinner drink out the front watching the wildlife.
In the morning we awoke to see two dik diks outside our door! How cute. We also saw lots of impala and a warthog walking past the tents. What a special place.
Another reason we enjoyed it so much is that it is quite small compared to some places (especially around Ngorongoro rim).
Would definitely recommend and would like to return ourselves one day.
