“Another Enjoyable Stay!”
Reviewed 23 October 2013

This is second time im back to Raingsey with my mum. The owner and staff recognized us immediately when we stepped out of the taxi in the parking and welcomed us with such beautiful smiles. The food and service were still as amazing as it was. They have created alot of new dished, such as 3 peppers crab and home made sushi. You definately must not miss them. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool as last time. They have recently equipped with new bedding linen which was really a pleasure for us. This was our last trip in Kep in 2013 but we will definately come back in 2014.

Great location just a stone' throw away from the crab market and the beach, Amazing food ( specially three papers crab dish and chicken with fresh green pepper and pineapple). The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. It's not a hotel, it's more like staying at own home. They were more than happier to help us out during our stay. They do not sell any bus ticket but they helped us and other guests there to arrange with bus company and all buses come to Raingsey to pick us up. We were very grateful for that.
The beautiful garden and pool was the place where I spent most of time during my stay. I wish I could stay longer. Definitely I will be back soon. Thank you again Raingsey for the wonderful stay.

The nicest, loveliest bungalows, quiet, relaxing place warm, friendly hospitality - everything one could wish for .for a perfect holiday. There is a choice of restaurants with delicious seafood straight from the sea and a market with fresh fruit a few minutes walk away. We wished we could have stayed longer but we hope to be back next year.

We stayed three nights in September and were really happy. The bungalows are really nice and the whole area around the pool very well made and inviting. Its lovely to spend a day hanging around the pool, but its also easy to get to the crab market if you want to eat out, or to go to Rabbit Island (highly recommended). The staff is super helpful and the food in the restaurant is very nice. We would definitely stay there again!

We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay from four to five days. Nothing was too much trouble for Jib, he was so friendly and welcoming and even managed to teach us a few Khmer phrases!

The bungalow we stayed in was perfect and always kept spotlessly clean. It was spacious and really luxurious - definitely good value for money. It was lovely to have a private terrace to shelter from the rain and we spent most of our time here or in the pagoda in the gardens.

Despite the rain we had an amazing time staying here, it's completely tranquil and the pool was very welcome when the sun finally did come out! The location was ideal, just a short walk from the crab market and the beach. The food was also fantastic, the best we had in Kep. Joey and Jib are doing a wonderful job, we were sad to leave!

We arrived in the pouring rain to the best welcome we have ever had. We were shown to our stunning bungalow which had heart shaped towels on the bed. A lovely touch. We went and had lunch overlooking the magnificent gardens and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We caught a glimpse of the chef and she was actually wearing chefs whites which reflected in the quality of the food they were serving. As the lunch was so good we stayed for dinner as well and it was excellent. Lunch and dinner and drinks and extra coffee etc for 3 people came to $57. Amazing value for money considering the quality of food we were given. We retired to our beautiful bungalow for a restful and comfortable sleep listening to the frogs in the garden. Then the piece de resistance. Breakfast. It was served along the bar on palm leaves and the choice and quality and presentation was excellent. Beautiful fresh fruit and bread and jams and pancakes and there was a hot option as well. Sadly we had to leave early for our next destination but would have loved to have lingered longer. Once again we were given a very warm send off even though it was still pouring down with rain. If you get get the chance to stay in these beautiful bungalows i can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for just one night and had a thoroughly wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, albeit a little more expensive than eating in town but it was well worth the extra few dollars for the service we got (because i live in Cambodia, normally I begrudge paying more than $5 for a meal). The young Khmer man who seems to be waiter, barman and receptionist, was a delight, he was very chatty and always making sure we were ok. The owners too were really nice, again very attentive to our every need. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with the added bonus of what I think was Vietnamese coffee which is my absolute favourite!!

Thank you very much, and I hope to see you again soon when there's a tennis tournament on in the sunshine :)

Helen
