“Crab and Pepper go together like strawberries and cream!”
Reviewed 20 November 2013

If you even a passing interest in food visit this place and order fried crabs and kampot pepper.
We arrived in time to watch the sunset, but once the food arrived there was only one direction our attention was focused...

“Fantastic Seafood Lunch”
Reviewed 19 November 2013

You're going to have to make a decision at the Crab Market and you're probably going to have a good experience regardless of which option you choose. The first day we chose randomly and had a great dinner at Mao. The second day we went for lunch and based our decision on Trip Advisor, and we weren't disappointed for the second-go-round either! Make sure you choose the seafood AT THE FRONT before you get seated. Look at the menu and make your decisions and then ask for a table. This is the Cambodian method. We ate crab and pepper, stingray, Vietnamese-style soup, and prawns with lemongrass. Everything was delicious. The view of the ocean was great, too. This place is REALLY BUSY at lunch, though, so be prepared to wait for a table if you have a large party.

“Great restaurant”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

This is the place that was strongly recommended and it was worth a visit. Its got a great spot looking out to the Gulf, the service is generally excellent (sometimes difficult to grab someone but they were very busy) and the food is just simply done and tastes great.

Sit yourself down, order some spring rolls and crab dishes and a couple of beers and enjoy the serenity. Ah the serenity.

“Tasty”
Reviewed 17 November 2013

Reading the menu was fun and selecting one of the many crab dishes a problem. But you can't go wrong! Have been here twice and both times pigged out on a large and small plate and everything was fantastic. Attentive, happy staff.

This restaurant is famous for it's (and Keps) speciality, crab with green pepper. And rightfully so- the crab was delicious! Well worth a visit!
