Rabbit Island itself is a bare island good for a 2-3 hour walk around the island on an easily followable trail.
For most of the walk, you will trek through vegetation and wild grass, but take note of the sharp plants and stems along the trail. The last part of the trail has to be done crossing some sharp rocks, so be careful with that also.
Otherwise, it is a nice walk to secluded beaches and to see some of the local huts and fisherman going about their work.
Other than this, the island itself has nothing much to do, we spent 2-3 lazing by the beach.
