We loved staying here! Deciding to stay at Veranda was THE BEST decision of our entire trip.

We stayed in the Cliff Residence, but also had a look at the Rosewood room which had just been renovated and all the polished wood looked amazing! The Cliff Residence was the one we preferred though: it is huge, has a really comfortable bed, lots of space, private balcony and massive and elegant bathroom and shower. The room also had a view and was in between the infinity pool and the restaurant.

The set up of this hotel is just like a luxury tree house, wooden walkways everywhere. The views from the restaurant, hotel room and infinity pool are stunning, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is quite excellent! Really nice cocktails (especially the amnesia) and wine, the breakfast buffet is huge, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxed, a sentiment only enhanced by the amazing massage treatments on offer by the hotel spa.

The hotel is a short walk from the crab market, and the hotel organized our trips to Kampot, to the pepper farms, and to a nearby cave. It's a short trip to the pier to go to Rabbit Island.

The staff here cater to your every need, and our only regret is not spending enough time at the salt water infinity pool. We has a great time there, getting cocktails from the bar, reading and going for a dip.

Best place we stayed in in Cambodia, and Kep is a place to go to relax and luxuriate.

Just stayed at the. Veranda this weekend. What a beautiful property!
It is tucked away in the forest overlooking Kep and the bay. Just a short walk away from the seaside (you can also either rent a motorbike or take a tuk tuk if the sun is too strong), it is perfectly located to give you the best views but still close enough to enjoy the crab market and the night life with its bars and restaurants. Kep is very relaxed anyway.

The Resort itself is a maze of paths in the middle of vegetation with rooms and villas getting enough privacy from each other.
Our room was one of the new ones (Cliff rooms) and was huge, with a large balcony and a big bathroom. The amenities in the bathroom are made of natural products and very nicely presented.

We enjoyed breakfast on both days - a big buffet breakfast offering both Asian and Western food ranging from pastries to pancakes and English breakfast and congee and freshly made omelettes. They also had a good choice of fresh fruit. There is something for everyone.

They normally have two swimming pool but the bigger one is closed at the moment and being renovated. The smaller one is an infinity pool with fantastic view over the bay.
You can order anything you want from the menu while you are relaxing around the pool.
The pool was a bit crowded while we were there because the second pool was closed but still manageable and enjoyable.

I haven't tried the spa and they also have an in-house bakery.
Will definitely try to be back on my next stay in Kep!

After a long trip starting high up The Mekong this was our resting place before flying home again. We could not have chosen better to relax. The resort is a myriad of open stairs and bungalows on poles against the hang above Kep. The two pools of the resort were great. Our daughters preferred the infinity pool. Restaurant is great. Staff superfriendly. Massages not cheap but very good.

We spend few days at kep and we stay at Veranda resort. Our stay was perfect! The location/view is breast-taking,You could enjoy the sunset view from the restaurant. Swing in the big pool. The foods were excellent. I particular enjoyed the breakfasts, wide range of selections & freshly bake breads / croissants & many variety of Asian foods, desserts...
There are alot of accommodations available at kep but I think nothing can be compare to Veranda(we had walked around and visit few places).

I am a nature lover, I enjoy plants & vegetation. This resort meet & exceed our expectation. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place to others.

First, I want to say that there is nothing to look at in Kep (no swimming area by the way).
We stayed there for 3 nights, went to National PArk, crab market, but there were nothing special, you can go there for one day and see everything.
But the place we stayed was perfect! Veranda Resort is very special, our stay in Kep was brightened by this resort.
The pool is great, cottages are big, clean and wonderful. Breakfast is really good!
I can advise this resort for families with kids, as its very quiet and there is an entertainment for kids.
