Our stay at Kaya Raja was fantastic from start to finish. The villa itself was very clean private & relaxing. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier always going out their way to acknowledge you & assist with anything you required. The breakfast was lovely with good variety. One morning we had the floating breakfast in the pool in our villa which was amazing.

Looking in you have a modern well thought out Villa, on arrival to front desk, welcomed and given refreshing drink to cool to. Great little set up of open living room with kitchenette and TV room, opens to a area for swimming pool, issue of not enough sunlight to warm pool . You have around 1 hour from 1215 to 1315 of direct sunlight, pool was cold { Kids will love it } needs a second toilet downstairs, due if required you need to go to second level of bedroom / toilet / bath & shower are on this level. Issue with bed was so hard { choice would change out to a softer mattress }.

Had a few issues, but sorted quickly by room staff,

Restaurant pretty good, but change in type of meals offered each day will not be for everybody choice.

Overall great place to stay, be it only make it a few days, I stayed 7 days but change it up to something could be better around the corner. So many choices, but would recommend to others for short stays.

Main stream eateries and shopping around 10 to 15 minute walk, beach around same. worthwhile not to bad. Set up for young couples living.

Room Tip: Choices of different styles for familes

beautiful Villa with private pools, no community pool though and only get a few hours of sun on the pool, which in August was a bit cool.
The bed was massive but very hard, the kitchen and downstairs lounge are fully open to the elements.

Staying here on recommendation of a friend. Massive 2 bedroom villa but seriously needs attention to cleaning of green mould and dank in outdoor area. Light in pool broken so looks nothing like photos on the internet. Pool doesn’t get sun so is freezing cold. Too large but we are making the most of it. Wouldn’t even give me a Chinese tea at breakfast time without charging me extra. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately. There are phenomenally better villas at the same price.

The Villa Kayu Raja is a very nice Villa to stay at 10min to Eat Street.
The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in had great size bedrooms with good size on suites upstairs. Down stairs there is a lounge.dining table, good size bar fridge and TV.

Then you step down to your private pool they have a toilet and a shower in the pool area so you don’t have to keep going upstairs.

The staff and the service was fantastic. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Nengah who was wonderful man who wanted to nothing but please you.

A big thank you Nengah for making us so welcome at your Villa and teaching us about your culture.

You are a great asset to the Villa and I will be telling all of my friends about you and Villa Kayu Raja when I get back to Perth Western Australia.

Thank you again
Regards
Vince François
