It was a quick trip for my girlfriend and me but we will go back someday for sure. The ambience is just right! Above all, the service is excellent. We were lucky we had met Mr. Irving (GM), who had showed perfect hospitality.

Love this place! Always fab service and not as over run as Ku De Ta yet far superior if you ask me. Tapas is fabulous, great menus and always wonderful flavours. Good drinks list- nice selection of non alcoholic drinks, cool music and great cigar menu. Perfect for sunset, dinner or an afternoon in the cabanas. Highly recommend mosaic

You think you will get a nice place with a lounge mood.
Only few daybeds are with view on the sea, others are just view on the micro pool.
For the sound they will need to find a real DJ, it is not at the right level too (you are not able to speak with your friends) and when you ask to lower it a bit, it is just not possible...same with the umbrella no possible to take it out! Food is nice. Not a big deal there is a lot of nice places.

Dear Guest,

I am sorry to hear you didn’t get the most out of your visit to Mozaic Beachclub.

In total we have 25 sunbeds and 48 bench seats at the beach front end of the property facing the sea view. These are the most popular seats in the house and go on a first come first serve basis. August is a very busy month for us and it sounds like other guests had already taken the seats you wanted. It is possible to reserve your seats by calling our reservations staff. We strongly recommend this during high season to avoid disappointment. Many guests prefer our shaded gazebos, which as you say face the pool. Whilst our pool is not huge, its 20 metre x 7 metre design does provide a nice space for kids to play in and for guests to cool off.

Our unique music identity is one of the things our frequent guest love and we go to great lengths in sourcing DJs to ensure our music is of the highest standard possible. People’s preferences for music selection and volume is highly subjective meaning we unfortunately cannot please everyone. As with most music venues, multiple speakers will share an amp. It is therefore not possible to turn down an individual speaker for one guest without disrupting the normal ambience which most of our guests expect in nearby areas. Therefore we politely declined your request to turn the music down, I am sorry we cannot be more accommodating in this matter.

The umbrellas are removable, my staff should have removed this for you upon request. I have spoken to the front of house staff today regarding this matter to ensure all staff know how to remove them for guests requests in future.

Thanks for your feedback.

What a great dining experience we had on our honeymoon! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and a killer view. Most importantly, unbelievable food. We had the chefs special taster menu and each course was stunning! Would highly recommend, hats of to the chefs.

Just found the essence of Bali at the Mozaic Beach Club. The food, the setting and the people are Bali at its best. The food is divine---creative, delicious. There were five in my party. Each of us swore we had ordered the best choice on the menu until we tasted the other's dinner. We then agreed that each dish was amazing. Service is attentive, staff is helpful and friendly. The setting is pure Bali. We all marveled at the experience--the food, the setting and the kind attention we received. A fantastic evening.
