“Good ambience , not the best”

Last day in bali , we choose pullman as last resting place. Expectation of five star wouldnt be missed and hopes to be a memorable. The pool is awesome, the breakfast is good, taste is bellow average. Slight deficiency is my room 1320 that we got was moist, i wonder about it, even the wall were wet. And twin bed is slighty small than other hotel i was before.

I stayed at Pullman for a few days for a work conference. It is just 20m walk to the Legian beach which is between Kuta and Seminyak beach. My room came with a super huge toilet, bathroom. Internet access is almost non-existent during the 9-11pm peak period. Infinity pool is an awesome place to watch the sunset without squeezing with the beach crowd.

Check-in is rather slow during the busy periods (when a int'l flight arrives, or group check in)

Food (breakfast and lunch buffet) is barely passable for a restaurant of this repute. Hard boil eggs are over cooked (egg yolk are greyish), museli is not fresh and there is only 1 omelette station. More attention could be spent on the food preparation apart from the presentation.

We have well noted regarding your concerns for the breakfast quality and will work consistently with our Food & Beverage Manager as well as our Executive Chef so that you may enjoy a better quality product the next time you visit.
With regards to the internet, we have complimentary Wi-fi for up to 2 devices. Should you require a faster bandwidth, we can provide up to 5MB at additional charge.
We will also discuss with our Welcomer team to ensure smooth check in and check out processes, for group and business travellers.

Great locality, food was fantastic, Staff were excellent and the rooms were also great.The pool on the roof is a must looking over Kuta Beach . They have a Seafood Banquet there on a Tuesday night. It is the best Seafood for Value we have ever had in Bali. Staff were great always smiling and willing to help. Will defiantly stay there again. Close to shops , restaurants and the beach. What more can you want. Very modern. Well done ..

Had a great time for the first 9 days very welcoming and enjoyable.

First I will cover the good points
- breakfast
- location
- helpfulness of some staff

Bad points
-not a hotel for children kids club is depressing
- no facilities at all no outdoor play area one small depressing pool for little children.
- no facilities for young children <4 yrs and just have a look around at breakfast to realise that majority of your guests have 1-2 small children. The people with small children are the ones that spend more time and money close to the hotel so should be a market you would want to keep happy.

Our bad experience started at check out. Firstly we requested late check out or to stay in the room until our flight ( would have been happy to pay to do so). Sorry no the hotel is fully booked so we cannot help. You must check out and hang in the connectivity lounge ( great fun with a toddler) until your 11.35pm flight . Then Our flight was cancelled due to the volcanic ash ..... We would have to stay another night. Sorry that there is only ocean view available $279 a night....plus $30 extra for sofa bed for child. As we have no other choice we agree only to find the rate of $230 online or wotif.com and other room types available. That is not the worst we lug our toddler up to the room and wait for an 1 hr for our luggage and then work out there is no sofa bed. Then we return to reception and we are informed that they are unable to put a sofa bed in this room????? We will need to move rooms again if we want a sofa bed ...,so,again we pack our stuff up and move.... With a now really really tired hungry and cranky toddler . The room is exactly the same size but miraculously can fit a sofa bed. Really should have changed hotels after the cancellation as all the hotel,seemed interested in was profiteering off our misfortune.

This hotel needs to realise that a 300,000 rupiah a night charge for a fold out sofa bed is ludicrous and that toddlers should not be expected to sleep with their parents.! When you are paying top dollar for a hotel,this should be included particularly when you book for 2 adults 1 child.

I still,have a suspicious transaction in my bank account that hotel assured me would be refunded but still has nit and it appears we have been charged twice for the room for the extra night.... Ouch!

It does sound like we are bitter are twisted but I must stress that the first 9 days at the hotel were lovely and incident free it was only the last two days that really left a bad taste and the hotel just made a stressful situation for our family even worse.

Helpful staff - Ernie who tried her best in difficult circumstances. I am not sure of the guys name but he was also good offering us mosquito repellant for our child and offering extra spraying as he took the time to notice his mosquito bites.

Room Tip: Rooms on far side are quieter. Ocean front road busy and noisy.
