This was a big win for us as a Wotif "Mystery" hotel! Impressed! Position is choice..doorstep to our fave spa "Briella" at one end and beach at the other...great eating choices so close. Hotel fixtures are very contemporary and we found the staff friendly and service extraordinary - nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed the choices at breakfast. Deluxe room is large, single beds are also large. Upper floor room had lovely balcony and tranquil garden view. Didn't use gym or pool which was generally quite crowded. Other than breakfast, didn't eat at the hotel - too many temptations nearby. Walk to other areas absolutely do-able...otherwise taxi is cheap.
10am check out and 4pm flight meant hanging around without a room - no problem...able to have complimentary access to beautiful spa facility, shower and clean towels prior to leaving.Thank you.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms, although we didn't see inside have nice balcony and convenient access to gar...

I was dissapointed with Ramada, as it had some good reviews. i found it overcrowded , so much you could not get into the pool and this was off school holidays. the service was friendly but average because they seemed too busy and the breakfast was average also.
the in hotel massage was very good and it was only a short walk to the beach which helped a lot.
the rooms were large and clean which was a positive, but just above the pool so quite loud at times.
i only stayed 3 nights before moving to sanur which was much better hotel. for the price i would next time stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: get a room nearest the beach.

There is nothing intimate or classy about this hotel. It is for the mass tourism market. It would appear that the designer have designed a building that was all about fitting as many hotel rooms on the the block of land as possible. The pool is jammed in the middle of the rooms. There is about 10 m2 of grass on the entire property. As an exercise in return on investment it is probaly good business. As a holiday experience it is ordinary at best. It is like a big old and dated 2.5 star roadside motel. If you get a room at the beach end you are 300 metres from the restaurant and reception, the ducted airconditioning is in desparete need of replacemnt and does not cool adequatly, the bathrooms are outdated and the balconies are anything but private.

Having said all of that the mangement is working well with what they have. They are very responsive, staff are very good and attentive and the place functions well. It is just a big old hotel that needs work and is OK for sleeping in (if it is not too hot)

Room Tip: Ask for a croom away from the pool otherwise you will be woken at 5.30am by people doing laps.

Me and My family stay in this hotel 2night (5-7 nov 2013). This is our second time stayed in this hotel. We stayed at deluxe room (2201). Everything is perfect, large room (better than other hotel room), friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast, amazing hotel location (connected to the beach), and nice pool. We enjoyed a lot our vacation in this hotel. Spa was amazing, make me relax and release stress. Recommended this hotel, loved it so much. Thanks ramada camakilla, we'll be back soon...

Room Tip: Booking room in lower floor, room in front of pool

The rooms are massive and clean. Easy access to beach....(recommend sundowners at Brothers Bar => just in front of the hotel). Free wifi and awesome service from the staff. I hung out at the infinity pool and just relaxed there. The breakfasts are awesome. Perfect if you have a group of friends that you are traveling with. We were on a girls week away from home. Everyone just did what they wanted. Loads of shops around to shop in either Seminyak or Kuta direction.
