We are currently staying at the ramada and always trust trip advisor reviews prior to our travels. So after reading a few wobbly reviews on this hotel I really wanted to tell anyone thinking of staying here to go for it. For us with two adults a 15 year old and a 2 year old this is a beautiful resort. Location is ideal and very central - immaculate rooms and well presented - pool and facilities are great and most of all every single staff member we've encountered is amazingly delightful and beautiful. We still have another five nights which I'm very grateful for and after staying in Bali on several occasions this would Definately be somewhere id stay again. Can't fault it so far. Maybe just because the staff go out of their way to be so lovely and will do anything to help its enhancing our view? But hey. Life is about the people so if we can have an excellent hotel and staff too that's a bonus.

The Ramada hotel in Legian is in a great spot and we had a good stay here over 5 nights from 12th-17th April this year. We did the mystery deal and got the room for $70 a night.
The staff are all great and rooms are pretty good apart from the bathrooms perhaps which look unfinished and kind of cheap for a hotel like this.
The resort has a weird kind of layout and the carp ponds don't do much for the place as they look very shallow and don't have much greenery around them. The dark walkway onto the beach down a narrow corridor is also pretty poor design. They could at least do something to brighten it a bit.
I would stay here again perhaps for the location, but there is much better around even at the $70 a night price. It's not the sort of hotel you want to spend much time in really as everything is pretty average, the gym (average), the food (average)

Room Tip: We stayed on the ground floor nearest the beach, which is probably the pick of the rooms and also ha...

Ramada Camakila is in a great location right on the beach and the staff are all fantastic. The rooms are a decent size and have a large balcony, the bathroom is large but is a little tired. Breakfast while being good is not great, just your normal Bali hotel fare with nothing especially standing out other than the service. Some of the rooms around the pool pick up a bit of noise if there are boisterous people in the pool otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: If you want quiet try to get one of the rooms closer to the beach so as not to be disturbed by loud...

My husband and I just spent 10 days at the Camakila, this was our third time at the resort and it improves every time we go there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - close to Kuta and Seminyak. Beach backs onto the back of the resort. Rooms a large and clean. Bathrooms need to be renovated, but are still really good for Bali. Would recommend this resort.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms. The location is fantastic. Right on the beach and near lots of good restaurants. The room I stayed in was clean but nothing special, just a standard hotel room. The bed was really comfy and everything worked well. Both the pools are really nice and the staff are very friendly. I would have liked a bit more variety with the breakfast, more fruits, Indonesian selection but the egg station was great and the other things they had were nice. I would stay here again for the convenience. Some of the hotel is a little bit run down but I didn't really mind as so excited to be on holidays. Thanks to Fatma for doing a great job of cleaning the rooms each day.

I am very happy that you enjoyerd your stay and that you loved our location and property.
We are working hard to keep the hotel fresh and keep it updated, including having just finished repainting the whole resort and have just replaced our pool deck at Tao.
