We had stayed at this hotel previous to our vow re-newal. We loved it, so this was the reason to celebrate it here. We started the planning about 12 months prior to the date. From the very first meeting with the team we knew everything was going to be great.
The whole process, via emailing and the occasional trip over always ran smoothly and importantly to plan. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Greg Harrison(Hotel Manager) and Lisa(Director of Sales). Infact all the staff were fabulous. From the Food and Beverage management team to the administration and room staff they were all fabulous.
We had booked a few rooms for family and friends and they all were impressed with the hotel.
When the day arrived everything ran so beautifully.I had the use of the Spa facility to get ready and relax before the event. Greg and Lisa were constantly checking on things, so this made us feel at ease.
The day went off fabulously and without a single problem. From escorting 30 people to the beach for sunset photo's(a must in Bali) then back to a fabulous meal at the hotel. Many guests complimented on the variety and the great quality of the food and service.
We also used the hotel photographer which was a great choice as the end result was beautiful. We find ourselves looking and thinking back to what this day meant to us.Honestly, this fabulous hotel and staff have left us with warm hearts and a continuous smile on our faces about celebrating our day here.
We are very much looking forward to going back to holiday at this wonderful hotel.
Our sincere thanks goes to Greg,Lisa and all the management teams and staff for a wonderful day and enjoyable stay at Ramada.
Kind Regards,
Keith and Rachel Higgs.

This was our very first trip to Bali and really did not know what to expect.

We spent 6 nights at the Ramada and had a ball. The only thing we would say is that the wine list is very expensive and the house wine (Hatten) is not great at all. We stuck to Bintangs and cocktails!

All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, happy and helpful.

We loved the contrast of having street vendors and shops at one entrance and the beach at the other - awesome experience!

We will definitely visit Bali again!

Somewhat pricey hotel. Pool is in the middle of the complex so no privacy or space available from the too many over excited kids in the pool. Our room had the noisiest air con unit known to man and we had to turn it off to sleep, resulting in being awake an hour later in a pool of sweat ! Staf were nice and helpful though.

Room Tip: If you want peace and quiet stay away from the pool area !

Just spent 5 nights at the ramada. Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. We found the location excellent away from noisy kuta but lots of shopping and places to eat without the hustle. Breakfast was varied and lovely each day and we ate twice for dinner, Indonesian meal with the firer dancers a must. Our room was on the ground floor facing the fish ponds but if we return would ask for pool side room. Both pools are refreshing and clean and great for a cocktail and afternoon snack. Only reason not five star was the room was a bit tired could have used fresh paint and new grout in bathroom, but was clean and comfortable and the bed was huge and comfortable.

Room Tip: Ask for poolside ground floor

My husband and I stayed here for a week after recommendation from my uncle who goes every year. The room beside the pool was great, we didn't experience much noise and it was great to take a quick dip in pool very late at night! The bed was comfy and huge, room always clean, the staff come around at night to mozzie spray in your room-very helpful. Couple of towel animals, they even put my spectacles on one of them! Very clever! The breakfast buffet was unreal. The service and staff in both restaurants fantastic. Eka and Friday were my fave guys! Friday made sure he was there to see us off at 10pm on our last day, very nice man. Rooftop bar is fun for a nice drink with a view on comfy seats n daybeds. The fire dancing and Balinese dancers in Friday night with buffet dinner was a lot of fun! The food is a little expensive compared to local eateries nearby but convenient after a day of touring and very decent quality. The pool is nice, no pool bar though and most of the sunbeds are in shade due to the hotel surrounding the pool. The infinity pool at Tao bar is very pretty and beds are in full sun here. The grounds and design of resort are fantastic. The gym is pretty tiny, equipment needs updating. The spa is great, I had a very nice massage there. Better than the cheap spas on the street outside. Short walk to heaps of nice places to eat and all the markets you want along the way. The photo session you get for free is a bit of a hard sell-be strong and just get the ones you like or just the free one. Definitely you should stay here but don't expect much sunbathing around the pool as you have to chase the sun!

Loved this joint, buffet breakfast is great, really nice pool area, rooms are nice without being too fancy, has all the basic amenities. Staff are great down at the restaurant, didn't have any issues with anything - great location also, a few great sports bars just around the corner, would deffiently recommend.

We so loved this hotel, not too big not too small. The staff are extremely accommodating. We were greeted with a coffee and a smile for our early wake up call The General Manager, Gary, was often seen also assisting in the breakfast area - thats a first! We had bathroom towel bunnies placed on our bed and often a lovely note from our cleaner. I can't rate the staff high enough. We stayed on the 2nd floor over looking the pool, great size room but on occasions we were awoken with the breakfast music at 8am, good for some not so for us. I also think ground floor rooms could be noisy as this is the pathway to the beach so people are coming and going all day. So if you book a room be specific where you would like to stay. Overall would go back and have since recommended to friends. Top spot for great restaurants and shopping. What more could you ask
for.

Room Tip: 2nd floor at the back of the hotel. Ground floor around pool is thoroughfare to beach so people comi...
