“Probably the cheapest hotel in Legian/Kuta”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 May 2014

I stayed two weeks there: very very cheap (from 5 euros per night), staff really lovely, very close to the beach, restaurant cheap and correct, cute garden, fan OK.
But: not very clean, very noisy, few roaches every 2 days...: a hotel for backpackers only !

Room Tip: they can keep your bag when you go to the beach !

Cheap room (80.000 on arrival, low season, without breakfast). There is a cold water shower only, no towels provided. Staff was friendly, we were tired and decided to spend the night here.  The room was not so clean, especially the bathroom, the toilet just growse. I can't believe they really cleaned it properly.

On the other hand the matrass seemed new and because we hired a motor bike we could leave our luggage in the storage room for a week, for free. They are building new rooms at the moment, I hope they will be kept clean. They are situated around a nice and quiet garden. The location of the hotel is just perfect so this could be a very nice place. For now, I consider it to dirty, even for this price.

We arrived with no reservation and were offered a choice of two rooms for 130,000.
The room was basic but clean with a good fan and a really nice veranda, The bathroom was an "outside" bathroom (no roof) which was really nice and light and very spacious.
The real reasons we loved it so much were because of the "mini restaurant" which was really tasty and super cheap, and the amazingly friendly people that run the place. (restaurant and guesthouse)
It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes walk from the centre of kuta.
It was really nice to be a bit away from the noise and chaos of kuta and still have everything you could need.
We ended up staying an extra night just to relax on our veranda and eat tasty cheap meals.
We did have quite a few mosquitos in our room if we left the doors open and there was a karaoke bar fairly close but it closed at 11pm so it was quiet by the time we went to sleep.
I would 100% recommend.

Paid 80,000 for a single room in the low season. Maintenance of the room was a little lacking and the bathroom looked a little dilapidated. Sheets might have been clean but I didn't' trust it so I used my sleeping bag. The fan wasn't strong enough to keep me cool but that was mainly because I felt the need to use my sleeping bag.

It's a little tucked away in the ally but you're close to lots of restaurants, and whatever else you might need.

We stayed here for 4 nights in july. We paid 150.000 per Night and that is with fan and cold water. The room was clean and the staff is friendly. 5 min walk to the beach.

There is a small restaurant right when you walk in. They have great food for a very low price.

150,000 pet night gets you a room with a clean outdoor western toilet ( expect to fill to flush), sink and "shower" aka tub (maybe clean?) with cold water, sheets might have been clean but it's always good to travel with your own sleeping bag liner. It is off the busy party streets down a little ally so more private and quiet than most places. Standard budget Indonesian hotel. Convenient stay before airport and just a few min walk from the beach. Small restaurant and motorbike rental next door, no breakfast included.
