Dear Ananta,
i would like to say thank you so much for your services. we spent 8 nights booking through online agents. when we arrived we had a great greeting by your staff (Harry) he treat me well. actually their room quite small, but overall cleanliness and nice view from the room.

the hotel had a great roof top bar and pool bar. and also the restaurant provide "VEGEMITE" and its "WOW", mostly some of the hotel are not provide "VEGEMITE" but Ananta, yes they had. thanks to Nitya, for your great services

on my 2nd day i meet Hendry the manager. i asked him where's the best japanese restaurant for our dinner. he recommended me go to Take, he explained a lot information about Take (i though he must be repeater at take, hehe). when i came back i was satisfied with his suggestion.

well overall this is a great place to escape from your daily routine, great staff, great services, good rate as well

i definitely back to this hotel for my next holiday
and keep up your great services

Cheers
Andrew Whittle

This hotel is fantastic! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The staff were fantastic, they can not do enough to help! From small things ( directions) to larger scale problems (flights being cancelled) the staff made it there problem and did everything in there power to help! The location is great, the buffet breakfast is lovely and the rooms are very clean and with English speaking channels on the TV!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is located really close to the beach, just a short walk away. In the streets surrounding the hotel there are a lot of shops and a few restaurants.

The hotel is nice and the atmosphere is really relaxed, although the pool is a bit too small it's still a nice place to hang out. The rooftop bar was nice, but the drinks at the hotel were way too expensive.

Breakfast was good, but nothing special

Stayed there for 5 nights. The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the main street where you can shop. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

We just got back from our 4D3N stay at Ananta Legian. The hotels are very new, less than a year operating, so expect a room with modern design (we love the ethnic A shaped triangular lobby area) and everything inside still working properly. The pool view is great, location is very near from the beach and just about right between Legian and Seminyak. You can go to the Legian beach for clubs and Seminyak for choices of boutiques and dining.
Breakfast are OK, and the breakfast area is very lovely with relaxing fountain. Bathroom and toilets are clean, hot water running from the shower never lose its heat and power. Room size are just fine. It's not cramped but with 22sqm don't expect wide spaces. The beds are very comfortable and linen sheet are clean. We haven't got the chance to try the swimming pool, but it looks so beautiful. The parking lot are in the basement and it was big enough so we don't have to do much maneuver to park the car and even they put a staff here to help you park and exiting the park. The entrance only fits one car but there are staff who control the traffic from the parking lot, lobby and entrance.
The best aspect from Ananta is the staffs! They are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Expect every conversation with them starts and ends with a smile. Too bad during our stay there was a very bad wind and messing with the rooftop lounge so it was closed during our stay. Definitely the hotel of our choice if we were to go back to Bali and stay at Legian/Seminyak.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted with a welcome drink and assisted to our rooms. All our requests , such as smaller pillows (the standard ones in the rooms were way too large and gave us sore necks), change of both rooms when one of them leaked via the window frame as a result of heavy rain and wind from Cyclone Narelle passing through. Staff also gave me 2 glasses of complimentary red wine for going thru the ordeal of room changes. Even though I heard a few days later that nearly every one in the hotel ordered room service that night and they had run out of wine!! Our first day out began with trouble as we went to the local money exchange booth only to discover later back at the hotel that we were missing 100,000.00 rupiah ($100aud). The Manager quickly ascertained it was not at the local shops we had the issue but with the local money exchange who take advantage of unsuspecting tourists and do a quick shuffle with notes after they and you have counted the larger ones to hassle you over the small change that they pretend they don't have. The Manager (Didi) took us to reclaim our money which they handed back, He and Neta were fabulous throughout our ordeals of sick children and enquiring into our health and our activities. The rooms were on the small side but cleaned and freshened every day. The breakfast (included in our deal, but available to all) had a large amount of food available, hot and cold alike with a chef waiting to make eggs to your request if desired. Only things I would fault would be the lack of room to walk around the pool, no balconies available to sit on outside your own room, air con wasn't working properly to cool our room, but staff came immediately to check it and sent a technician the following morning to fix it.You could tell the hotel was built quickly ( and to Balinese standard!) Looked beautiful but on closer inspection was with faulty workmanship and design. There was no spa, which would have been nice to include near the pool area. The main pool was not deep enough, maybe 1.5m at both ends.

Room Tip: Ask for interconnecting if you need two together. They have some available but not many. Ask for roo...
