“Best Hotel in Bali”

This hotel far out weights the rest. The best staff and amenities I have ever experienced in Bali. Highly recommend this hotel, a little way out of the bustling streets of Kuta whilst still on the door step of night life and shopping.

Room Tip: Superior and deluxe stayed in both, you can't go wrong , the whole place is just relaxation.

We travelled in a group of 8 including adult children for one week. From the start of our vacation we felt as if we were at home. Any problems were immediately rectified. I have read that some guests had issues with mosquitoes however having been to Bali previously we were prepared for this and came armed with aero guard.

The hotel grounds are amazing very lush and green. The two pools were great, especially the Coco pool with swim-up bar. Had no issues with the restaurants and enjoyed every meal.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Always greeted visitors with smile.

Had facial and massage at hotel. Amazing. Don't be fooled with $8 massage on street....you get what you pay for!!

All in all great holiday. Would I stay again??? Yes.

Tips - money changer at Kodak across the road from hotel.

Room Tip: Stayed in deluxe garden bungalow. Do yourself a favour.

Stayed a week at this shamble they call a hotel. Although the location is awesome, this hotel is really in need of major refurbish in quality of rooms, customer service and management. My sister-in-law informed us 12 months ago this was location for her wedding, so we booked and paid in full 8 months prior.

1st day arrival to hotel and check-in, not only did they give us the incorrect rooms, they had decided my wife and I were to sleep in single beds in twin share room. This was the case for Father of the bride & his partner. On seeing this immediate communication was made to reception counter whom said we'll push the beds together. When you book a room with 1 double bed, you expect to get what you paid for. There was also massive community of mosquitoes which devoured all guests.

The buffet food for breakfast may look appetizing, some advice, eat elsewhere. Eggs were off, ham was off and all the plates had funny smell to it. Needless to say we ate elsewhere entire trip.

On the wedding day the priest whom hotel had arranged couldn't speak word of English which led to the ruining of ceremony as both the groom and bride were very upset & frustrated.
Food prepared for wedding night was the only plus the entire trip. Yummy, well cooked and beautifully presented, even if it was buffet.

in ending we pre-booked taxi for 6am pick-up day of departure and on checking out were advised no taxi had been booked. Reception told us, go out front and get your own.
This hotel for what they charge is definitely not worth the effort one will go through in communicating and enquiring about their stuff-ups.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.

Beautiful clean grounds. breakfast was included, which was great, staff very nice and friendly. The pool staff were fantastic. Hotel in a central location. Half way between Kuta and Seminyak. Safe money exchange across the road (Kodak shop).

Room Tip: Superior room was average but for the amount of time you spend in your room it was fine. Air conditi...

Stayed here for the first time in about 20 years. Hotel has been refurbished in that time and much nicer. Rooms were good, however the first 4 nights we stayed in 18c and there were lots and lots of Mosquitos in the room. Location is good however Legian seems to have been left behind in terms of development and refurbishment compared to Kuta and Seminyak, with limited restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity.

Aside from their reasonable price per night I commend this place for it has a lot to offer for their guest. Staffs are polite, always smiling and listen to their guest needs. I avail the hotel tour package I felt safe and great Though the driver can't speak too much of english. Facilities are awesome. Free welcome drinks and was given a free vodka shot for my Birthday. I love the swimming pool scenery, jaccuzi, and how can I forget the chance of upgrading our room into deluxe garden feel relax and happy during my birthday and honeymoon. Don't miss out their Teppanyaki you will surely enjoy this dinner. I will stay the same hotel when I come back..

We stayed here for 5 nights in April with another couple. Check in was easy and we were greeted with cool towels and a welcome drink voucher. We were told we were 'upgraded' to the Bungalows. On arrival at our bungalows we were dismayed to find that the other couple we were with had been allocated a room with two twin beds. We called about this supposed 'upgrade' and were told someone would come to push the beds together. The fact that hotels still do this frustrates the hell out of me. You may as well just have two seperate beds, clearly those who run these hotels have never tried to sleep in one of these pushed together 'double beds'. It's still uncomfortable in the middle with a hard mattress edge! Never the less we went to reception in person and our friends were moved to another bungalow with no problems.
The reason I say 'upgraded' in comma's was that we had a look at the standard rooms one afternoon and they are no different to the room in the bungalow, only that the bungalows are closer to the pools/restaurants and beach. I certainly wouldn't pay any extra for these rooms on initial booking!

The rooms are starting to look a bit old and tired, the bathrooms are quite small but managable. You can't have two people in them at one time. The CD player/stereo in the room plays DVDs too, which was a handy addition. We had a lot of mosquito's in the room on checking in, but we visited reception and asked them to spray it for us, which they did and after that we were vigilant with not keeping the door open for long and didn't have any further problems.

The resort itself is nice, lovely gardens and grounds and two decent sized pools and we never had to want for loungers. The staff were absolutely lovely and my favourite part of this resort. They always had a smile and a 'good morning' or 'good afternoon' when we passed them. A special mention goes to the tireless staff at the pool bar when, even after dealing with some embarrassing yobo behaviour from people during happy hour one afternoon who had arrived for a wedding (not being held at this resort) still served them and us with a smile and a laugh.

Breakfast deserves a special mention and was another favourite at this resort. Absolutely anything you might want to eat for breakfast is at this buffet and the waffles and pancakes are awesome!

Our flight home was a late one, but rather than paying the US$150 for a late check out, we were able to keep our bags locked up at reception, were given temporary pool towel cards and were able to shower in the shower rooms at the back of the resort (in the block where the standard rooms are) before leaving for the airport, which was really handy.

Overall if I came back to Bali I would probably try another resort, it was nice, but not amazing and unless you get a good deal (which we did) I think the normal prices they're charging here are not value for money.

Room Tip: Don't bother paying extra for a bungalow - you can probably get an 'upgrade' for free wh...
