Like everyone else says, this is a top quality hotel. There is marble everywhere. The lobby and even the restrooms are works of art. The rooms are immaculate, designed innovatively, with all the modern conveniences. I was struck though at each interaction with staff by a great language barrier. Red wine ordered became white wine, Laundry service not done in time for departure (big problem), mistakes at check-in. Missing various orders because of the English is not acceptable in a hotel like this. It detracted significantly from my stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: The breakfast buffet is awesome. No ordering required. Watch out for the changing menu based on the...

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days in July for my wedding anniversary. Check-in was a breeze, good to see smiling and friendly front desk staff. Love the decor, layout and the comfy bed. Breakfast was ok but felt that the restaurant was under-staffed during the peak hours. The pool was just perfect in the day and extremely beautiful in the night with live music. Would stay here again, but this time in a pool-view room, I would love to try the bathtub at the balcony!

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel last week. The room is well designed and is unique. The hotel is located at almost a very end of busy Kuta beach but a walking distance to Beach Walk the new shopping mall near by. The swimming pool is huge and I just wanted to spend my whole day there doing nothing.

We booked 3 nights here and thoroughly recommended it! Beautiful décor throughout the hotel, absolutely gorgeous well-appointed sparkling clean room! Love the toiletries!! Bed is so comfortable. All the staff seem to speak English very well and they're always smiling and very keen to help you, which is a huge plus!

The hotel location is a little set back from the street, which makes it nice and quiet. It's a relaxing 10-15 minutes walk to the brand new BeachWalk Shopping Mall. The traffic around Kuta Beach is very congested, especially between 5 to 7 in the evening and during the 3 nights we stayed there, the traffic was almost stationery at those times so we had to get out of the taxi and walk, which was fine for us, it's quicker.

Breakfast was set in a lovely and spacious restaurant by the pool. Food itself was ok, nothing to rave about for us, had better.

All in all, would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. We felt completely safe. My partner last visited Bali in 2011 (before the first series of bombs). He was very impressed by the security presence everywhere you go. The Stones' had several security methods in place to make you feel safe and the security were friendly. Infact the whole staff were accommodating and friendly.

We had a room with a pool view and bath on the balcony. This was a highlight for me. The bath came with a selection of bath salts and bath bombs which made it really special. Privacy can be found if you close the curtains. At sunset there was always a DJ or Saxophone player, fire dancer o keep you intrigued.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided a wide range of choice.

We stayed in three locations this trip and this was by far our favorite.
