“Great stay”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

We booked into Baleka when delayed in Bali due to Volcano eruption cancelling all planes. We wanted somewhere cheap to stay and Baleka was great. Lovely clean room everyday, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fine and Scooby in the restaurant was lovely.
Even though they were doing renovations right outside our balcony we had no problems with noise as we were out all day and didn't disturb us in the morning or night.
Thank you for a lovely stay and would stay again.

I loved the Baleka resort, as soon as I got there they upgraded me from a superior room to a deluxe, and it was an amazing experience. The food was good good and the staff are always friendly. Even though they were doing renovations on the hotel I didn't really notice it. The spa was average, I have seen better but the massage was amazing and again the staff in the spa were very friendly and helpful.

Nice small resort, the staff were really lovely and quick to sort out any issues. We stayed in a deluxe room near the pool, all good except it didn't have a balcony as others did so unless we wanted to sit with other people we were stuck inside the room. The pool was really clean with plenty of shade. They could make an improvement with the breakfast which was adequate but boring. A few low calorie meals would be a benefit to some of the tourists who are so grossly overweight. We would stay at the Baleka again as it was in a great spot with only a short walk to the beach.

Room Tip: Deluxe room with a balcony, they also have last minute deals if you book online.

Stayed here in deluxe room, 2nd level overlooking pool.
Excellent facilities in room, very spacious, king sized bed, small private balcony.
Pool area small & shaded. Problem was everyone put towels on lounges early in am.so if you wanted to lounge in pool area you could not, whilst towels were resting & sunning themselves without an owner, they possibly would be out shopping. Very frustrating!
