This is a well priced hotel in a good location. We originally booked into the deluxe bungalow but ion arrival found it to be dusty, have poor lighting- no ceiling lights just 6 floor or table lights that you had to turn all of them on to get average lighting. The room also had gaps between the roof and walls and accordingly there were about 30 mosquitos in there when we arrived. We killed about 15 before we had had enough. We asked to change that day but there wasn't a suitable room available so we had to stay in it one night and swap the following day. To be fair the manager only charged us for half the additional price to upgrade the room. The deluxe bungalow is next door to what must be a small farm. Goats, cockerels, you name it it was calling out at about 5am. The new room was lovely. Much cleaner, great views and very comfortable. Breakfast is average but you get what you pay for, the location is great, a short walk to a lovely beach and plenty of nice restaurants and bars.

Room tip: Avoid the deluxe bungalow

The staff was very kind and thoughtful, the facilities beautiful and the rooms really convenient. Meals at the hotel were very good and the whole place is close to the beach. You can get there on foot in just 5 minutes. Its possible to book directly at the hotel many activities like diving, trekking, dolphins watch, etc and you can also book private transport services to other places in bali.
Its well located in permuteran and easy to find.

Its a boutique hotel with rooms on the backside after walking through a long passage.Stayed for just 12 hours but felt comfortable. The Hotel is clean and it also has a swimming pool and 2 restaurants. We had our dinner at the balinese restaurant. There is a massage parlor attached to the hotel also.Since we had to check out at 4.30 in the morning, they provided us with packed breakfast so early. They also provide free wifi

This was a nice boutique hotel, very relaxing. Not too busy. A good welcome with a welcome drink and very kind people to serve you.
Price is fair. Cheapest standard rooms has an AC, but no warm water, but for 250k Rupia (€13) more you have also a room with hot water. Property is in good condition, most of the rooms have an pool view. We did also a spa massage. Kind Balinese ladies who can give a very relaxing Balinese massage. My wife had the Jasmine treatment incl. A scrub for 90 min. Excellent

The hotel is very nice and clean. At first glance it seema to be near the road but once you check in the rooms are locat3d in the back in a nice quiet area.. lot of nice greenery. We had a bungalow for ourselves which was great with an outdoor shower. Complimentary wifi was also very nice and fast. The pool was very nice and had a kids area which was great for our daughter who is only 2yrs old. The staff are very helpful.
They have 2 restaurants.. 1 in the front near the road area and the other inside which served balinese food. Breakfast was included in the price and there were 3 choices of set breakfasts.
There is no direct beach access but they provide a map and directions to go to beach area which is a few minutes walk along the road.
Nice friendly staff.
Would recommend this for people who are going to area and are with family.
