This open air restaurant is overlooking some of the best rice terraces in Bali. Unobstructed 180 degree views and soft gamelan music make this a very peaceful setting. The food on offer is the standard Indonesian fair and fruit juices (or a Beer) which suit the location just fine. The dishes are a good sized portion (which is seldom the case in Indonesia) and the selection of goodies on my Nasi campur was above average. Each dish comes with a tasty watercress salad. The price is definitely fair, especially if you consider the location.
You can find Padi Bali along the road to Jatiluwih: turn right about 10 km after the market in Candikuning when heading towards Denpasar on "Highway" 2.
