I must say I was a little scared when we were driving towards the hotel as the road is too narrow. there is enough space for just one car at a time to pass. but it was totally worth it! the hotel, an old colonial house, had been done up to make you feel that you were in a home with your own battery of staff to do the cleaning, cooking etc. we ate fresh fruit from the hotel's orchard and went out for a walk around the hotel through the tea plantations in the mountains. I'd really like to thank the staff for packing our individualised breakfasts (which was a pleasant surprise) as we had our own preferences. this gesture made us feel really special :) I'd love to go there again to unwind and recharge :)
