There are many interesting finds in Hot Springs, but if you are looking for outstanding cuisine, look no further than Central Park Fusion! The preparation style melds classical French techniques with a fusion of flavors from around the world. The menu is varied, with selections ranging from perfectly cooked sea bass and Wagyu beef to lighter fare.

I sampled multiple items and found each one to be a delight to the taste buds. The appetizers are delicious and, for me, the fried brie was a perfect starter. The salads are packed with wonderful surprises!

The entrée selections are complemented by wine suggestions.

Whatever is on you "to do" list for your visit to Hot Springs, be sure to include a meal (or two) at Central Park Fusion!

Anniversary dinner was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. Delicious fresh trout and perfectly cooked scallops for dinner. Pricey but worth it. Website should be upgraded to reflect the quality of the place.

Never had anything short of a good meal at CPF. New addition to the menu this visit was honey glazed pork belly. Our waitperson advised the pork was slow-cooked for 72 hours and could only be described as the "foie gras of pork". He was spot on! The buttery goodness of the pork was perfectly complimented by acidity and crunch in the accompanying fried "pickled" green tomatoes. A mild cornbread dressing brought the dish together. Spouse had the seared sea scallops, and they were equally tasty. Wonderful meal and attentive wait staff.

I had the NY strip steak. It was expensive, $52, but amazing!!! My husband had the pork chops, also awesome. We had the spring roll appetizer, also good. Nice wine and good service. Highly recommend
